Howard is phenomenal, personal, and prompt.To be able to maintain something is one thing, but finding the root of the problem and fixing that is extraordinary.He replaced two light fixtures in under an hour, and also let me know why the fixture wasn’t working in the first place. I have recently received excellent customer service from Antonio Clark and David. We were having issues with the HVAC unit during this changing weather and now my A/C and heat are working well. David came in on Monday and fixed the A/C. Antonio came on Tuesday repaires the heating. Both techs were knowledgeable, professional, and provided excellent customer service!

I have been leasing one of their homes for over a year now and I could not be any more satisfied. From move in - working with Taryn Stewart on coordinating repairs, etc. was a breeze. And now, whenever I have any questions or issues, LaToshia Bates immediately responds to ALL of my emails with resolutions and/or next steps. I was a homeowner for 18 years prior to leasing the home - and Tricon has made that transition as pleasant as one could hope for. Keith Wilson was my maintenance technician. He fixed my air and explained thoroughly what was going on. After being informed, I am able to understand the process and how to use the new thermostat moving forward. Also, he was extremely personable.

I chose Tricon for our rental home search because they seemed to put a little extra touch on their properties. Every property we visited was easy to view, and they were clean for the most part. When we finally found the home for us it was the impeccable customer service of Latoshia Bates that became front and center for us. We ran into a snag that almost made us change our mind (the previous tenant did not move on date expected) but Ms. Bates kept us informed and the option to go with another property remained open. She reached out to us via phone and email keeping us updated on the status of property we really wanted. Although it took us a little longer than planned to move into the home, when you have caring customer service staff like Ms. Bates, it makes a difference in keeping or losing customers. She helped us through the entire process. Thanks Ms. Bates for your outstanding service to us in our rental process.

So far everything has went smoothly, with the exception of getting in the home, the instructions could be more clear on that.The rest of the process has went very smooth so far.We put in an application on a home my wife just adores. Its a good location to my New Job in Galveston Texas.The home is New Construction, though needing some cleanup its very nice house.We are hopeful to be moved in within the month.

My boyfriend and I were looking for our first home to rent and we came across a listing from Tricon. We submitted a request to apply late at night and Candice responded early the following morning. Since then the process has been as smooth and effortless as possible! I have rented a home from Tricon in Mesa Arizona since 2019. They are extremely professional and responsive. I love the online portal for handling every day tasks like minor maintenance requests and paying the rent. This weekend my ac went out. Having no air conditioning in Arizona is not a pleasant experience. I called the after hours number expecting to be told they would get back with me on Monday. To my surprise and elation, Tricon arranged for a tech to come out on Sunday to fix it for us. Thank you Tricon!!!!!

Joel is on time, prepared, knowledgeable and meticulous in his work. He is always in uniform with company apparel. During the pandemic he has ALWAYS had and worn his mask while working inside and outside of the home. He is an engaging conversationalist who is quite informed about current events. I have never had an issue with Joels work or his professionalism. I would highly recommend Joel as a technician and have no reservations about doing so.

We rented one of their homes for two years in Indianapolis, and every time we had an issue with something, they were always quick to respond and take care of it.The real test was when we were at the end of our lease, we were somewhat worried about getting our complete deposit back - weve been burned by another rental company where we left the house better than what we found...and they kept our deposit!With our Tricon house, we took great care of it, and left it better than when we moved in...and a couple of weeks after we handed in our keys, we got our full deposit from Tricon...so happy with them; they kept their word on everything. Thank you very much for your professionalism and class - something this industry needs.

Amazing rental company. Even though they dont have a local office they are very responsive and fix most maintenance request withing 24 hours. Most of the time. The homes they offer are in sage neighborhoods usually withing 30 minutes to Raleigh.

Andrew who works for Tricon Residential as a smart home specialist is simply AMAZING!!! The smart home thermostat that controls my air conditioner would not work. He patiently via phone was able to diagnose the problem and get the air conditioner running again. He ordered a new thermostat unit as promised and it was delivered the next day. He called me back when he said he would to make sure it was delivered and guided me step-by-step with the new one-which was easy to replace. It was nice not to have to wait for an appointment for a repair technician to come to the home.
