Servers good ：） but the Brand hard find 😂

They removed the self-service paper cutter due to COVID-19. They charge ~$2 for them to use their laser cutter, which Stef unfortunately doesn’t know how to use.

Great service. Wonderful packing for shipment. Also carries cell phone accessories at good prices. Friendly and very helpful especially with photo projects.Has three work stations with computers.

I love this place. Its convenient, and the people are knowledgeable. They have a lot of capability and offer a lot of services that you cant find anywhere else.

David assisted me first in a phone call. He was quick and to the point. I went to the store later to place an order. There were 2 people working the counter. When the phone rings, a business cant ignore it nor put callers on hold. Had I been put on hold, I would not have placed my order. How many people to hire to run an office is up to the owner, not the workers. I am very satisfied with their courtesy and professionalism.

Wow! This center has a very rude security guard who followed my disabled fiancée into another store to tell her to move her car from a legal parking spot! With her handicap placard in plain view.

Slowest fedex office around. Theres three people on staff and only one helping customers. No pens to fill out shipping info while waiting, then they still make you write it all down just so they can enter it in the computer rather than just enter the info verbally. NOT a fast or efficient store. Avoid...

Went on a Wednesday around 11 , cant recall the young girls name but she was extremely helpful and nice !

Staff was unwilling to provide any service or help when their computer crashes causing me to noy only be late but missing some of my paperwork. I am deeply dissapointed

Since David is no longer there. The store has been doing much better the girls that work all week afternoons are awesome.

Not bad it took 2 employees and a bit of time, but what I needed got taken care of. Ill be coming back soon, maybe they can earn some more stars

Been here about 6 times and have never once been pleased with the quality service. Its always so slow and the employees seem unenthusiastic

I wanted to get prints of few pdf forms. The guy at the counter messed up the files and made their duplicate copies before printing. I didnt realize this until I went home and checked the documents. He printed 20 pages of what were 10 !! Wont recommend that place to anyone. Bad service !!

Very understaffed but extremely concientious. They called me, per request, the moment my package arrived.

Slow and unhelpful the one on katella is a lot better.
