Dollar Tree is cool they have random stuff all for a dollar. I bought a Chuck Norris DVD here which was cool. Good spot def recommend for budget stuff.

They r very friendly and helpful sometimes slow on stocking food but all in in all a nice place to shop

I always enjoy going to the dollar tree the associates are always helpful and cheerful. I never have a problem finding what Im looking for. The store is always clean and organized and i recommend the dollar tree to all my friends

10 am on a Sunday .. dirty store items everywhere.. They let 3 teenagers in store without mask . After standing in line for 10 minutes Cashier just said “ you need a mask” ... hello!!! How hard is it to say ..sorry I CAN NOT help you without a mask .. TAKE THE MASK SIGN DOWN IF YOUR OWN EMPLOYEES ARE GOING TO IGNORE IT .

I want to thank Tanya once again for going above and beyond. Shes great. Love her customer interaction and her attitude. I needed plant hangers and they werent stocked. She went to the back and found them. I also received a package there and she contacted me for pick up

Not my regular Dollar Tree to visit, but definitely wont be back... it is very cluttered and dirty!!! I was looking for an item, and I approached a gentleman that works there... I asked him where it was located... he looked at me, and didnt answer me... just continued to stock ... I proceeded to the checkout that had the lit up number, saying that it was an open register... the manager stopped me and said, (very rudely)are you checking out... are you finished... well, go to the next one... gave me a not so nice look, and walked away... there was a young man working there that came to the register... he deserves 5 stars... he was extremely nice!!! When I ask why the manager was so terribly rude, he said she was always that way... no wonder the guy I first approached to ask where an item was acted the way he did... Im sure hes not happy working there because of his manager... and the gentleman that was on the register definitely has much better people skills than the manager...

I know that when I need dish sponge I can always s go to dollar tree. Its always a relief to find cheap items when you cant afford it else where .

Its not one of the larger ones, and its very unorganized. They never have enough people on the registers for the amount of people frequenting the store. The larger Dollar Tree in Lake Mary has more to offer and choose from and is way more organized.

I came here at 8:56 p.m. The manager locked the door in my face. I showed him the time and he threw up his hands and walked away. This is very unprofessional. He than unlocked the door at 8:58 and let a store employee go home. Store hours are 8AM- 9PM.

This store never have enough workers. Only one employee at the register, the store is dirty and crowded. You can truly tell that the manager DO NOT care about his workers, customers or the store. Very sad to say but it is the truth.

Variety is great, and the two employees I interacted with tonight were wonderful!! Oh... and I can spend $10.00 and eat for the entire week.

This location is always out of inventory and has low end items in comparison to the Lake Mary location. I guess every store has to appeal to their audience. I ordered an online order that was being shipped to store on 11/11/19 and I got an email confirmation saying that the order was ready for pick up last weekend so I came on 11/30/19 and they said that their truck was delayed again. I come back on 12/6/19 and they can’t find my order after waiting in there for 15 minutes! I understand it’s the holidays and things can be backed up but this store needs some serious management reconstruction and inventory management to have items in stock. Will not be coming to this location again!

Poorly stocked. A complete and utter mess. Fat lazy manager kept yelling things at the cashiers in the middle of them servicing a customer. And I no point any kind of illegal Mask mandate decide that people are allowed to use public restaurants to paying customers???

Maybe hire some managers who actually will help there customers instead of being in the back of the store talking on the phone and then when i ask for corporate number she could not find a phone number for me and only one cashier another cashier right there stocking and two different lines where customers dont know where to stand horrible service and no receipt provided because the button was pressed for me for no horrible horrible service store nasty maybe someone from corporate needs to visit to see how your store is really being operated holidays or no holidays its always like this look at the reviews

Why I get all my stuff in here

I was in this store today. Usual story for them, only one register open. The manager rudely informed me I needed to go wait at register 2 because he was closing. There was no associate at register 2, just many customers waiting to check out. I then witnessed the manager get into a verbal altercation with 2 elderly customers behind me. He then told the sales clerk not to wait on the person in front of me. He screamed that customers are not always right, then ran and locked himself in his office, while his lone salesclerk was left to deal with the mess. Im disgusted by this managers behavior. You need some training on customer service. Then maybe you will have staff that actually works for you. Head to the Lake Mary store folks, super clean store, way more selection and very friendly staff.

This location is always a mess simply because theres not enough space for everything. Always stacks of boxes and shelves in the middle of aisles you have to navigate around. Needs to relocate to a bigger retail space honestly. Always awesome finds tho, just a little harder to dig through everything.

Sales associate very nice and kind and considerate. Manager kind to let everyone check out thay was in the store. Just a thought if she helped check out everyone they could lock up sooner but she guarded the door instead.

Not my 1st visit to this location but it is the 1st time that I find exactly what I am looking for , When I got to the register there were 3 people ahead of me and the weight got so long that by the time I was done checking out I only had one item there were more than 8 people standing behind me. This location needs a face lift and most definitely some sense of urgency Employees need to be considerate of customers time.

The cashier Shahama, has attitude, She doesnt care what the customer says or asks about. She was down right rude. This dollar tree doesnt even answer the phone. I will find another dollar tree to shop at. If I could give zero stars I would.

This is one of my favorite stores. I go to various locations at least once every 2 weeks. Theres always something handy I need and you cant beat the price of a buck. One thing that sucks is if you buy something thats faulty or downright broken lol, you cant return it (even if the manager claims you can with receipt). The best you can hope for is to exchange it for another. I found this a little annoying but you get what you pay for.

Dollar tree service was fast

Had a super weird experience at this location. The manager came over the loud speaker for a random safety check when I was at the register. Is everything okay up there? Im white and was helping my black mother in law do some shopping, so I was going around the store with her, but I imagine this probably could have been handled better.

Nice merchandise for Christmas

Great Dollar Tree. Love their stock and selection. The store is cleaner than others and sometimes there can be long lines, but usually only on weekends.

Although it took hunting and moving merchandise around, I did locate what I went there for. Was able to get checked out very quickly.

I didnt go into dollar tree but I know one thing about dollar tree..... everything cost a dollar and thats good

One star for products and zero stars for cashier and manager. Backup cashier was rude and threatened me with bodily harm in front of my 12 year old daughter because she did not want to check me out. Most bizarre experience Ive ever had with a cashier. No excuse for their behaviors. And apparently from reading the reviews they have a reputation for being rude and nasty.
