I first dropped into Heller Jewelers a couple months ago in search of a particular Rolex model to commemorate a career milestone. As a person new to the area and several years removed from a luxury watch purchase, I was not fully aware of the climate surrounding purchasing Rolex watches from ADs these days.Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by Kevin who was friendly, informative and patient. I explained my situation and the watch I was in search of. He politely and patiently informed me of some of the challenges facing retailers these days in regard to Rolex but encouraged me to continue to visit the store at my convenience.In the meantime, I began to set my sights on some more attainable watches particularly Tudor. Naturally the Tudor BB58 caught my eye and while they did not have any in store, Kevin was able to place an order for one. The watch was on my wrist within a month. I could not be happier with my experience at Heller. I wholeheartedly recommend people stop in for a visit and plan to be back myself.

Had a great experience from start to finish today buying a wonderful Tudor GMT. Markus was very quick to respond via email before I came to the store and was pleasant to explore watches with when I got there. It was a 35min drive for me to get to Heller’s but I would pick this store over any other in the Bay Area when looking for a luxury timepiece.

They let me try it on a couple times, and patiently waited as I considered it and asked questions that came to mind. The watch was 34mm and not 36mm like I was originally looking for. They pulled up a picture of the larger watch to show me the difference in the dial between the sizes and let me try on a similar watch in 36mm so I could get an idea of the size and feel. I actually prefer the dial style of the smaller watch and I have slender wrists so it doesnt look too small on me.We talked about how it would work if I wanted to get the larger size or different model. They didnt push or try to persuade me to purchase the watch in stock over waiting for a different one. I told them I was going to think about it and left to get some food.After eating I went to back to take another look and decided to buy the watch. We took care of payment, registration and fitting the watch. I didnt sense any rush and it wasnt until they unlocked the door to let me out that I realized it was well passed their closing time.If you are looking for a watch or other jewelry I would recommend checking out Heller Jewelers.

I had a new watch band for a vintage Hamilton watch that I purchased online and couldnt get it on and they were kind enough to do it for me for a very small nominal fee. I have been doing business with Heller Jewelers since 2015 and they are very accommodating and friendly and I highly recommend them
