Besides normal debugging and disinfecting, they helped me select and buy online a PC and Monitor on 2 occasions for delivery to WebDispatch and then do all of the installation and software setup at my home. I went from Windows Vista to Windows 10 and they were also particularly helpful in tutoring me with intro to Windows 10 and the current versions of the MS Office software. My computer crashed on a Friday night late.Took it in to WebDispatch first thing Saturday morning.The problem was a hard drive on its last legs.Mike started working immediately on retrieving data and transferring to a backup device.I came back later Saturday afternoon and then again Sunday afternoon (when they are closed) to see the progress.Mike was able to safely retrieve my sensitive data.The computer was actually salvaged with a new hard drive.Web Dispatch did a great job and I will always use their services and recommend them to others.
