Very busy. While they werent working with us they were busy on the phone. The 1st available took care of us right away.

My son was in an accident 4 years ago and Geico did not have our backs when it came to believing who was at fault. They believed the other driver after their witness appeared two days after the accident occurred. The witness claimed to have seen the accident from a business parking lot. I went to the same parking lot and the restaurant and trees blocked the site of the accident. They still refused to accept those facts and claimed my son was at fault!

He didnt answer my question, I asked him the same question and he came out with something different.

Major shout out to Mauricio. His professionalism is unmatched. Deserving of the highest praise equal to that of his incredible customer service. Ill definitely be using this location again!

Bad customer service! The person that answered was not professional, had a bad attitude towards me because he was in a rush because he got off at 6. When I asked him if he can repeat something he responded in a horrible manner. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !

GEICO starts off by giving you a good deals, but after you get reeled with their deals you are going to see a different side. They increase their prices unreasonably. You are going to be in big trouble if you get in a car crash, they will make your payment go through the roof.I wouldnt advise anyone to join their insurance unless you want to waste your money.

I love the insurance fair prices but I cant believe that they dont offer forgiveness program the during covid-19 other insurance companies are not charging the month of April they have forgiveness program I wished I could have forgiveness program I also dont like the fact that you have to have roadside assistance for every single vehicle on your policy I was stuck one day at a car today and I have roadside assistance and the other side of the phone couldnt help me

Walked in with an appointment, no one even acknowledged that we were there. Stood in front of the receptionist as she filed her nails while casually talking in Spanish to some one on the phone. A brief be right with you would have been nice, no such luck. stood there for 30 minutes before she held the phone away for a moment with a very rude what do you want. I explained to them I have an appointment and they told me your 10 minutes late (but I was 20 minutes early and waited 30 minutes for them to acknowledge me.)

They are so helpful here. I had some complicated things to do to my policy and Mauricio got it all done just the way I needed it. They are friendly, and its the most affordable insurance Ive had. Totally worth switching.

Had a little problem with cargo, called them up and they covered the whole thing. They told me I didnt have to worry about my deductible so naturally I asked how much is my rate going to increase. They said zero. That was two months ago, I just renewed my insurance and it didnt go up at all!!! About four years ago I was with USAA and they did cover me well but I was in an accident that I wasnt at fault and they skyrocketed my insurance up. Thats when i switched to Geico.

Review is not on this specific location, just GEICO. Was GEICO customer for 12 years, no at-fault accidents. Slid on some black ice and hit another vehicle. GEICO had to pay collision and medical. I was not cited by law enforcement due to adverse road conditions. GEICO raised my rates by 33% on next renewal. No customer loyalty, just another number. Btw, USAA matched your premium.
