Very customer service. They work slowly, manage the drop-offs and the mailbox badly, manage the waiting queue poorly, especially when the office is about to close for the day. They saw the mailbox for small drop-offs were full, but not try to clear it, instead, they only complained and blamed the customers. They sometimes are even impolite.

Nice store and friendly staff. Store is located in great area. Plenty of parking, handicap accessible. Store is keeped clean and well stocked. I give it 5 stars and recommend you come see it for yourself.

The only reason im giving one star is because the gentle the helped me was so nice. VERY RUDE STAFF especially the older lady that helped me. She differently doesnt need to work with the public no customer service skills what so EVER. I asked her one question about shipping an item & was told very rudely oh we dont tap it for you you have to do etc. Not once did she let me finish my question so I had to get kind of snappy back with her just for her to listen. USPS find better employees.

Love this location compared to other USPS to San Lorenzo, and Hayward location. People are very cheerful . Helpful, and courteous.

Maria and Richard especially, along with the rest of the staff, are truly helpful and genuinely friendly. Conveniently located with lots of free parking. Highly recommended.

The employees is what makes it a good and bad place. It really depends on the people. I have gotten 2 packages that have been lost from this place and that’s completely unfair

Came here for notary a simple service and they have no idea of how to do notary even though theyre a notary service place

Staff wasnt overly friendly like other POs Ive been to, but these guys get the job done. Long line, but the customers were friendly, so the wait wasnt too bad. They open more hours than the other local POs. I would say this is a reliable and low-hassle place to get your stuff mailed.

There is actually a post office here, but you might walk by it without noticing it, since it blends in with the other shops in the strip mall. This is the only post office open for retail operation on Saturdays in the area, so they get bonus points for that.

MARIA who works there is by far the most unhelpful government employee I have ever encountered, I dare to say that dealing with DMV employees is more pleasant. I asked if there was a special way the label had to be taped on the parcel and she said “no as long as the barcode can be read”. After taping my label with the barcode facing up she said she was unable to send my package because of a wrinkle in the label which did not obstruct the barcode. Can’t wait until USPS gets eaten up by UPS. Please fire Maria.

Tried this place three times. Always feel disappointed about their customer service! Rude and arrogant! Never come again!

Our local Post Office. Some days are better than others here but everyone is friendly.

Been coming here all our lives. The staff are all pretty friendly! There can be long lines if you come at the wrong time of the day but for the most part you are in and out of there.

Not a good expeience lady who helped me was not kind at all. She may be annoyed by working on saturday??

Bad customer service , employee Richard African American was very rude and unprofessional I wouldnt recommend anyone go here and they need new staff with good customer service . Richard was no help at all!
