Multiple failed attempts to delivery. They do not make contact to schedule delivery. They confuse addresses and phone numbers. I had to constantly reach out to them to find out status of order and finally just drove down and picked up my package in person.

Hours listed are not accurate for terminal dock pick up - not 24 hrs/day. But actually 9-6 m-f. Do not recommend for personal shipments - rude customer service. Went to pick up an item and had me wait an hour, then careless handling. Pricing is same as FedEx...

Grumpy women. I got shorted. The hardware was not with the panels. Hardware was shrink wrapped on top of panels when shipped; the shrink wrap was ripped open and hardware was missing when the pallet was loaded in my truck when picked up from DHE.

I don’t know how I kept dealing with this company for many years they are the most horrible delivery company ever ever experienced they’re never on time they sent the wrong delivery they promise they never show up on time in the office manager Marisol should’ve been fired long time ago she is very rude when she speaks to customers,Stay away from these guys and look at other peoples reviews on this company I don’t think the last in business doing this

They are nice and friendly people but the delivery aspect of the company sucks rocks!!!!! I could understand if it was once in a blue moon that they were late on delivery time but they constantly miss delivery appointments!!! Example, the business I work for requires delivery by noon because of the materials we are receiving on the shipments need to be used that day for production. I call my vendor who sends us the materials and they call “DHE” for an ETA and DHE’s response is “well we are running behind today, driver should be there within the hour” constantly!!! If I could give the customer service and company status a zero star or negative star I would because all the time we are held up in our production because “DEPENDABLE” Highway Express is so UNDEPENDABLE!!!

Marisol Rico. Office manager on San leandro. You should just fire yourself because you are no use to your customers when there is a problem to solve. I called dispatch to make sure my freight is on board for delivery and she said is being loaded and deliver that day. I waited. A driver shows up about my freight was not there. Dispatch said it has to deliver the following day, which I will be out of office for a week. I end up renting a uhaul and drive 60miles round trip to the terminal to pick up my freight. When asked to reimburse extra expense due to their mistake, there was no apology. The worst part. Returning my lift gate fee became a discount she offered to me. Reality check, its my money until you render service! And she will waive the will call fee! So in the end, she did me a favor to allow me to pick up for free and use my money to give me a discount for thier mistake and dishonesty. Marisol, go find another job. Dont step on people to raise yourself up. Its despicable.

Worst ever trucking company... AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST We have had five different bad experiences with them.... We kept giving them Second, third and fourth chances....Not only were they super late in delivery...they are rude, unconcerning team of unorganized workers.Would you believe that they came in with the truck to deliver our shipment only to realize that they had forgotten the shipment at the warehouse.....So the driver drove all the way to my warehouse without the shipment....... Its been three days after that and I Still dont have the shipment.......

Garbage company, all documents given to them the day before and still not able to pickup. Zero communications from the dispatcher, it confirms absolutely nothing when the dispatcher gave you a pickup number and told you its on board for pickup. And the shippers warehouse is less than 15 minutes away from their terminal. Will not use them in the future.

This name of this company is extremely misleading. They put you on hold forever (even their driver could not get through to talk to them), they lie about the services they offer, they do not communicate clearly between themselves resulting in incorrect delivery instructions, they do not check their messages or return calls, and they do not follow-up on anything. Avoid this company if you can.

Even one star is too much for this company. Horrible horrible customer service. My product was not delivered to me and after two days of waiting around I returned it just so I’d never have to deal with these incompetent people again. Never buy from a merchant who uses them because you won’t get your product delivered.

Theyre the only carrier charging CFS pickup surcharge, if youre an importer or a forwarder that might matters to you. Ive stopped using them all together after using them for five years.

Lost shipments happen, I get that, but the impossibility of getting in touch with them, endless and unsuccessful call wait times and no return calls from managers from desperate voice mails is unbelievable. Terrible service.

No bueno. We only have a few loads a month delivered by DHE but the vendors that ship them to us do quite a bit more with them. Or did, I should say.

I was expecting an consignment to be delivered on Monday. Never delivered than call them next day and they had ne answer why it was not delivered but promised the consignment will be delivered for sure today. Another lie. I wont use these guys in future.

Horrible company!!!!Dont use them for your deliveries. They said attempted to pick up and thats a lie they did not attempt anything. Second try they said successful to pick up shipment. Then today on day of delivery they said doc made a mistake didnt load shipment and driver arrived with no shipment. Customer service is horrible manager not available and they said we are human we make mistakes. I think that the workers represent the company and something as far as training or doing their job is not being done correctly. We paid for the delivery and now no way to compensate us or rectify us for the late delivery and it was a wholegood part needed for an emergency repair. Stay away from this company.
