I switched to Steve’s State Farm office after Allstate told me they could not insure my 19 year old daughter any more because she was too financially responsible and purchased a car in her name alone. Kim at his office was amazing. She was funny, kind, attentive and the best part was my rates were lower with Steve than they were before. I had been with my Allstate agent since I was 15 years old. I had great personal and emotional ties but I feel so blessed to have met these two amazing people who have done nothing but take care of me and my family. When I got remarried Kim was fast and responsive and so helpful getting our auto insurance combined so as to make everything easy. I am glad I found them and so grateful for all of their help. These are amazing people and truly look out for your best interests.

We have long been satisfied with Steves services; and Kim took it to a new level. Steve, as you must know, Kim was a fantastic addition! I know my mom feels likewise.Just yesterday I contacted Kim to learn more about a letter I received from their office regarding a change in our homeowners policy. She responded over email within minutes, and with much more detail than anticipated or requested. She also provided her thoughts or considerations, which I value.Last year she turned me onto an umbrella policy that just made a ton of sense. She also worked with me on adjusting our auto policies to more accurately reflect our needs, lowering our premiums too.
