I had such a terrible experience with this agency. They raised my policy price, and when I called, they provided no explanation about why! Not only that, they are very rude and have absolutely no respect to the clients. In addition, they also do not speak clear English. I give 1 star to Hieu Troung.

DO NOT try to buy the policy in this agency , they charge you although you cancel your policy, and they do not provide clearly documents for the money what they take from you.

All their care is to collect your money. They increase my policy by 30% without a violation.
