The ladies in this office are a full service POWER HOUSE! I have yet to work with Mike because Todd was my previous agent, sold his company to Mike but honestly any issue or concerns the ladies like Marisol always take amazing care of me and treat me like family. I have auto, home, earthquake, life, personal property with State Farm so I think it’s safe to say I’m a Happy Girl.

Mike has been amazing! I switched Insurance companies after going through 3 different agents in the past years only to have my rates go up each time a new agent was assigned to me. Mike Answered all my Questions, returned all my calls and takes care of all our needs. I now have better coverage on all my vehicles and home and a better rate as well. My experience working with Mike Walsh and his Co-worker, Linda, has been a total pleasure! I had been in an Auto Accident last October, where my case wasn’t even adjusted, Linda went to bat for me. Somehow, my Auto Policy was Transitioning with Mike Walsh opening his State Farm Office, I was able to get a Rental and get a Vehicle Appointment started before any Adjustment was completed. The App sent to my phone identified the damaged areas.Within three weeks, I picked up my vehicle and I didn’t have to return the rental because the Rental Company would pick it up at the Body Shop!Now, that’s Acceptional Professionalism!

Due to health issues, covid, and evacuation across the country my auto insurance ended up being suspended along with my car registration.
