I am not very satisfied with my Insurance. I think that they should be more helpful. I was in a car accident a year ago. None of the Agents ever reached out to me. I had to be the one calling and reporting everything. I even had to hire a Lawyer to help me with my Medical Bills, even though the accident was not my fault (the other driver was intoxicated).The reason for the 1 star is that at least they covered my rental, I used while I purchased a car. My car was totaled do to the accident.

I would not use that allstate insurance company for the sole reason, from the ad that is on television, with some frogs jumping doing buzzing, what an ordinary ad makes me so unprofessional nothing to the case in something as serious as an insurance company ,,
