PVP were GREAT to work with! They were on time, professional, handled the cars with care, and had great communication. I would definitely recommend them and Im keeping them on my preferred vendor list for future events!

I’m writing this review from an employee standpoint. This company has been a great experience. They really take your personal schedule into consideration making it easy for part-time work especially during school. Communication between management to employees is great compared to other companies I’ve been at. For a first job just moving to San Diego, this has been a fun one!

Terrible company. Valets were very unprofessional. Had to deal with a accident claim. While communicating with the administration at the company I discovered while they were feigning kindness they were actually showing themselves to me as fake and manipulative. Stay away!

Do not trust your clients or customers with this company. One of their employees bumped into me and knocked my purse sideways and my iPhone 6 Plus fell out and cracked on the ground. The valet picked it up and said your phone is broken. I was without a phone for a few hours as I had to go buy another phone. It cost me $900 to replace the phone. The owners refused to at least meet me half way for the cost of the replacement. They offered $100 which was not acceptable. Note they offered this 2 weeks after they broke my phone. A few months later they offered again only $100 and stated they could have found me a used phone. Really unprofessional as waiting 2 weeks for a phone when I’m a business owner was also unacceptable. In addition I have had my Gucci sunglasses stolen out of my car by their employees.

Chad was such a great, GREAT help! Unfortunately my car ended up not starting and him and his crew not only helped jump my car, but moved it for me as well! In addition, Chad offered me suggestions and helped me decide what to do next, being the unexperienced person I am with cars. Thank you so much Chad!
