Went in to buy air filters for my mom’s car and my own. A guy named Anthony helped us out, he was awesome!! He was very kind and knowledgeable. If he’s not running the store he definitely should! A guy named Miguel also helped us out and he was really nice and helpful as well. Very satisfied!

Took a battery in to get charged and checked I dont believe they did but they said they did cuz when I got the battery back it didnt even start the car at all or anything so I dont believe they did anything so I dont trust them thats just my opinion

Always a helpful hand there. Ran in for some much needed wipers before we get hit with this years first hard rain fall. They helped me get the right wipers for my make of my car and installed them for me. Never had any complaints about service or material from AutoZone 👍👍

Extremely helpful. Im a woman and I walked in not knowing what I was looking for except that my car was leaking. I told them my issue and they did the rest. Instead of charging me for the highest item price they let me see the different prices which I thought was nice. Now, to a man Im sure this is normal. But the fact that I am a woman and I was alone and o didnt know anything about cars and still dont I was so impressed by that.

It was an extrememly long line and when i got closer i reliezed there was only one guy working behind the counter. And they do not have any of things i needed. But that is not the first tine they do not have parts i need.

Customer service, Via telephone call is horrendous, employees lack basic automotive repair knowledge.

The security guard was very polite and greeted us with respect. Inside we were helped by a guy that looks like A Hispanic Aqua man. He helped us and answered all our questions with patience. This is my very first time as a women going to an Auto Zone store and getting great service.

Everyone was very nice and the young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and took the time to find the information if she wasnt sure.

They were okay they werent very intuitive on what I needed help with. They kind of made it hassle out of returning an oil pressure switch which was like the third one that went out that I purchased there. Because I had purchased it online and then pick it up there. And I didnt have the receipt all I had was showing on my cell phone the purchase order. Which should have been good enough when I showed it to him but they made an argument out of it. Oh well hopefully if I go there again the next trip will be a positive when

Today while driving on the 210 EB hitting traffic caused by a wreck, I noticed my car was overheating. I blasted my heater not knowing what else to do praying I made it somewhere safe to let my car cool down. Exited on H street and managed to pull up to this AutoZone. I sat in my car for 15min before I went inside to ask for help. Im 9 months pregnant mind you and I have no AC in my car, I had my car full of crap plus my two kitties because I was in the middle of moving.. so appealing I know. Literally in distress I asked a young man named Lorenzo( i believe ) for help. He was so nice and super helpful with everything!! He gave me the quickest resolution and within 15 minutes I was on my way. Thank you so much for having wonderful helpful employees like this young man! He literally saved the day!

Always a great day when i visit Auto Zone. They supply nearly every part and tool or special tool for YOUR vehicle. However dont fo to store on highland Ave. No one offered help to find the filter for my car and when i was looking dumb trying to find the manager asked of i was STEALING. I cant stand this Auto Zone store. I recommend going to see levell on Waterman Ave.

I went here to ask for a discount for a car wash we had to do for a funeral and the manager was God sent he ended up giving us sum stuff free of charge it was very helpful and wonderfully may Gid bless him.

Everything you need is usually here for all your needs in automotive. If youre bored and need to wash your car they got good car stuff just a little overpriced.

To be honest I felt uncomfortable shopping here. There was an employee watching me out of the corner of his eye the whole time I there (as if I was planning to steal merchandise). I will only shop here as a last resort. This experience alone was to deter from wanting to shop here in the future😕

Employees are not that helpful. Literally just stay on the computer doing there thing not even on the phone with a customer, hell you will not get acknowledge sometimes.PROS awesome inventory for being a smaller autozone its stocked on every shelf usually dont have to ask if they have any non stock shelf items.

Found the 1156 light bulb l needed. Not rocket science. Highly improved quality since they changed name from Chiefs --who had lifetime warrantys--if you wanted to change the part 5 times b4 finding a servicable unit. Bad experiance hard to ignore just because the name was changed. The quality has greatly improved l will agree.

Super unhelpful employees. Cant even identify basic fuses. 2nd register took people from the back of the line, while the people near the front had been waiting for 10 min. already. Refused to look up my account by phone number. Overall, terrible Customer service. 2nd star is because they did have the part I needed, even though I had to find it and verify it would fit myself in the pouring rain.
