You get what you pay for. When the Internet slows down it slows way down on the Internet doesn’t work it doesn’t work at all do not waste your money on the service especially if you live in Vandermont Heights. Going back to spectrum. Thank u for such horrible service.

Worst customer service ever... I am a new customer and realized I haven’t received a bill from them so I decided to call to see what’s going on they had me on paperless billing (which was never requested by me) and I never got an email from them! And they charged me a late fee... which they refuse to reverse and it’s only $4 and because of that $4 they just lost a customer! Not to mention the service sucks! With consistent problems!

Internet continually cuts out. Customer service is useless. They take forever to get back to me and when they do. I need to wait longer for someone else to call me from customer service. Sadly, it appears that I am trying harder to be their customer than they are trying to keep me as a customer. If there was a 1/4 star, that would have been a better choice.

This service provider is a joke VERY unprofessional i HIGHLY “DO NOT” recommend person or especially business to use frontier as a internet provider when setting up account they are very CONiving and promise the best service then after the first month and your actual bill comes in completely different than what was agreed upon this is not high speed and expect outages at randomYou can forget customer service you speak to robots then by the time you get a human on the line they are rude and will just hang up call try back start the while process all over again “proto call” they reffer to it as and just transfer you from one idiot to the next and no one ever seems to know what to do or how to fix it from my experience frontier communications does not have a clue on how to provide or handle what used to be VERIZON and its only a matter of time before they will no longer exsist the whole team seems to just work for a paycheck but not know how to do the job consider this a WARNING from a frontier furious customer!

Internet cutting out starting on 3/12 with it being completely out on 3/13. It is now 3/17 and just now got some signal. Still cuts out alot.

Far by the worst service they say my service been disconnected since June but yet it’s October and my service is still on and i been paying each month my balance is at 0.00 an all of sudden my service is disconnected saying I can start service all over....they are so unprofessional
