Guy really couldn’t be bothered to talk to me. No customers. Didn’t seem to want a customer. Also this is a Kiosk not a real store so services are limited. Not explicit in the store name but should be.

I went to upgrade my phone. I had great customer service however the sales representative had no access to the wifi, the sales rep was using her own hotspot from her phone to help me transfer the information from my old phone to my new one, unfortunately it didn’t work with the hotspot and I was forced to go home to do it myself, now I have to go back to the store to drop off my old phone again. I don’t understand how ATT will make their workers use their own means necessary to help the company customers, this is something the company should provide!And I wasn’t the only customer who struggled with help there, there were many other customers complaining about the same issue because nothing was able to get resolved there. Never going back to that location! Very unprofessional from the company.

I am writing a review about Olivia, an awesome lady who works at AT&T on auto plaza near fox occupational in sanbernadino, she was just amazing and very helpful, spent all her time to get me through firstnet. It took her hours upon hours to get me signed up and she did not loose hope, when I was fed up and didnt even want to go further, omg..she is an angel, I wish everyone could have that endless patient in every thing we do, Olivia, Im saying thank you so much and God bless you and your family abundantly.

I have been debating on the type of phone I wanted for a while now went in to at&t and the manager Keith helped me out ! He was patient, and was very clear on explaining the different uses of the phones. I especially liked how he asked me how do I use my phone and suggested phones based off how I would particularly use my phone on a day to day basis. Thank you Keith I am enjoying my phone and will be back when I have more questions.

I ordered my phone online to be picked up at this location. They said it would be 2 hours. I called them multiple times to see if it was ready and the phone kept ringing each time. I decided to go there and when I got there, no one was working. I left thinking I would try again the next day, and same thing happened. Very unprofessional!

I got great friendly service and they took care of all my needs with no hassle. By far the best AT&T service I’ve had.

Great Location Inside the Mall, Just got 4 lines from them. They have a promotions get 4 iPhones 11 for FREE with $35 per line and They gave me a $200 Bill Credit Per Line. I would recommend people to go there as they said they have promo until end of the month.
