Well, back again but in a different location. My first purchase was last December, if you remember, a pair of princess cut diamond earrings for my granddaughter. Beautiful little studded earrings for the new addition to our growing family. Well, now after another visit but at a different location I noticed that every jeweler had big sales. So this time while browsing I noticed an exquisite piece that caught my eye for a really really good price. Then again I did haggle my way down a few more dollars. A 3ct tennis bracelet in white gold. To be honest, the lady who helped me was fantastic, funny, and very helpful. I dont know why she seemed so nervous 😆 and the item, the picture does no justice for it. Lighting in my apartment is so bad but I did my best to show you. Dont know who its for but if and when the time comes to give a gift to someone special, ill already have a gift to give. Give Helzberg a chance and just take a look. Like today, you never know.

I am beyond disappointed. I bought a ring 3 months ago. It needed to be sized and sodered together. Yes I purchased it just before Covid shut down. About 8 days or so. They send it off to a jeweler repair person. So now that they are open I went to pick it up. It was never worked on! I have trouble understanding how Helzeberg can sell jewelry online (which requires employees to work and fill orders) all through Covid shut down. But a jeweler that doesnt have to have contact with anyone to do sizing and repairs doesnt continue to do their work. I feel like their customers service sucks and I spent a big chunk of money. Never buying from them again

I had a great experience here yesterday. The ladies who helped me were Gwen, Shawna, & Donna. From the moment my fiance & I walked in they greeted us with big smiles & were very warm & welcoming. They did not use high pressure sales tactics on us which we APPRECIATED! There were other stored we visited who did the opposite & it sent us running for the doors. I am a naturally anxious person & its hard for me to sit in one place for too long. These ladies made me feel relaxed & overall it was a wonderful experience. A big THANK YOU to them!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! We agreed on a deal for a pair of earrings but asked to go for a walk to think about the warranty. I came back and the person I talked to was busying help another customer. This other old woman came to help us, we told her that we picked out the earring and ready for check out, she insisted on giving it to me for the full price and not what we agreed on with the other lady. I left and bought it from Kevin Jeweler.... Good job losing customers and money.

I went to exchange my daughters necklaces and the lady with the long blond hair was so rude. I was going to exchange a necklace that was purchased with a heart pendant and because I didnt have the free necklace which I know they have plenty in the back she wouldnt exchange it so I went to the Victoria Gardens and they exchanged it with no problem they said they have plenty of little necklaces in the back wont be going there again.

I purchased a bridal set here April 2006. Two of the small diamonds fell out the three months later. Repaired at no charge.Thenter heart shaped diamond fell out before Christmas last year. I had the lifetime warranty on the diamonds. They replaced the diamond at no charge. I only had to pay to repair the setting.

Got a set of rings for a xmas gift and two days later after wearing the rings the diamond fell off. I went back to the store and asked them to replace it and resize and also to soldered them together they said they needed an extra 260.00 to do it. Poor craftsmanship on the the jewelry they sell. Horrible customer service there dont go stay away.

Good customer service, polite and they know everything about their diamonds. Also loved that they were not pushy at all. I usually buy from Guendi she just knows what Im looking for everytime.

Not friendly, was ignored for 15 minutes. Ending up leaving and going to Daniels Jewelry where they gladly took care of me.

Complete rip off even after you buy their warranty.
