The guys working there were super nice, however I dont have much to say where their integrity is concerned. We came in with some jewelry that they tested for us, and said that none of it was real gold. We went to a different shop where two separate women tested the same pieces of jewelry, and it turned out we did have something that was 10 karats. I wouldnt come back here, just because Im not sure whether they are dishonest, or if their jewelry testing methods just cant be trusted.

Went there and lady said my 14k bracelet was only 10k and could give me only 40. They have no idea what gold is and they are the worst pawn shop ever. Didnt even know how to so the scratche test properly, they will try to scam you dont go here.

Definitely tried to get the upper hand. I pcalled them about some items and when I got there they were rude and changed the price to less than half of what they said on the phone. Stay away!

The staff is wonderful everyone is always helpful and nice and you get the most money for your stuff here this is the only place I come unless they are closed and I’m in a jam

They wont offer you much for anything you want to sell, given an offer of $150 for a $1500 guitar, I laughed and walked away, they just go based off of the cheapest item the brand has online. Save your time and energy if youre planning to sell.

Last month my husband and I bought a $500 ring, $200 camera, and $80 necklace from here. Today I tried to get a loan by pawning the ring but the guy said without the receipt I could only get $75 even though I was coming back for it the next day! They asked for our names when we bought the stuff but somehow today he said it wont be in the computer! Do not do business with these crooks!

This place will rip you off. Do not come here. Ive done business here a few times. Never fully satisfied. Today was the last straw. Told me over the phone that they bought a certain item for a certain price. Drove all the way down here just for them to say they didnt buy what I had. Get your sit together!

Worst service, period. Take your business somewhere else like across the street, those people are way more helpful and do not rip you off! I got here and there was at least four people working yet they told us to wait. They were helping one person and basically ignoring the other 3 customers including myself, like we werent there. 15 min later were still waiting for nothing, so we took our beautiful sterling silver spoon set across the street and they gave us the proper attention and service this place should have showed, immediately. They lost business and potential repeat customers... becuase they had crappy attitudes and were too busy. Their loss.
