Went to a birthday party for a 90 year old wonderful woman. Uptowner allowed the family to decorate and it turned out beautiful. Would recommend this place for any event.

Had a horrible experience as a guest. We were offered butter 10min after everyone was done with salad. The chicken had no flavor and mine wasn’t cooked all the way. Security guard didn’t allow my husband to come in because he had a dress shirt and shorts do to extreme heat. However, I saw many others wearing Capri, flip flops, sweat shirts, shorts and informal attire. Being that it was a private party I don’t feel they should tell guests they can’t come in. There was even a lady with a tank top ( which was on the list of what couldn’t be worn) and nurse pants.

The worst experience ever so unprofessional the food was horrible it didnt have flavor at all the man at the bar was on the phone i had to wait for him to get off his phone to request my drink and yet he told me to hold again while he was on the phone. We drove to the hall twice to pick up the video and pictures from the event and they werent there making me waist ny time and gas the second time they where there and they gave us the pictures and video in the parking lot we didnt get the chance to view the quality of the work i give it a one star but if anything its a -⭐️ Dont waist your money here im sure theirs better options

Horrible customer service, false advertising. Told us we could get Italian (Lasagna) but when came to taste testing did nit have the option. I had to provide soft drinks for guest and my guest were told there were no longer sodas and chrged my guest. I took home 14 2-liter bottles. Cake was not what we wanted, I shouldve just ordered from Costco. I also just received my usb drive of photos and did not get the photos I wanted. I did see during the video photos were being taken. It only took them almost 3 months to download to a drive I only could use 100 of the 500 photos the took. Majority were of venue for promotional purposes. I highly discourage from renting this venue. May look nice but that is all. Serveral more things went wrong, beware of an all inclusive package. They dont deliver as promised and try to scam you out of more money during your event. 😔 ☹
