BEAUTIFUL PLACE

A great place to have any event. I attended my Sister from another Mothers Wedding and I really enjoyed myself. The wedding was so beautiful. The Banquet Hall was decorated so beautiful and the staff gave great service. The food was very delicious and the Mariachi band was wonderful. No complaints here.

Staff and security suck, owner walking around the dam event staring everyone down and trying to tell everyone what to do dont spend your money here worst place to do very special family events.

This place is amazing. They make the planning so easy this would have been the third quinceanera I planned but by far the easiest. Their decorations were amazing the cake and food was beautiful and delicious. I would recommend them hands down. I have another quinceanera next year and this is our number one hall to reserve.

The service recieved at this banquet hall was outstanding. They captured exactly what we wanted and the service from the owner and his family including the staff was outstanding. They delivered quality service in the food served along with beautiful decoration and included the safe enviroment for our guest by providing security the whole time our event was held thank you so much our friends and family will be using you banquet hall from now on.

The place was okay parking is limited Im not a fan of the area was a bit confusing to Halls right next to each other.

This is a lovely and clean facility. The owner is gracious enough to open his doors for community meetings and his property is very nicely maintained.

Nice place but need a bigger parking

The hall is nice and cleaned but thats it. No water pressure in the restrooms, they promised way too much and charged too much for what they give you. The guy says yes to everything before you sign the contract but then everything changes. He offers you things and makes you Believe youre getting this great deal and this amazing decor and catering, but the decoration looks extremely cheap, the food is jus meh, nothing special, and everything they use its disposable - dollar store looking. Wouldnt recommend, He is nice and first but then hes rude, wont return the calls, and makes false promises.

Is there a no stars? Awful service, storage door broke and the owner did not want to fix it, we had personal belongings inside. The womens bathroom sinks had absolutely no water pressure. They used a lot of disposable food service items. Not a place for a luxury experienced, but they sure charge like it. I do not recommend this venue.

The location is accessible from Arrowhead Ave. It has plenty of parking. Although we were very disappointed and frustrated by their service from the staff/security that was present outside of the the entrance. They DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE to come into the hall with HATS, NO EXCEPTIONS. We didnt know of this rule until we had arrived as guests to an event. No one knew about this ( I dont know if those that invited us forgot to mention it or werent aware), and it didnt help that even though their sign is posted with the description of this rule, the sign is inside hung on a wall at the entrance-so you cant see it unless you are looking inside while standing in the entrance. The staff/security standing on guard at the entrance approached us upon getting off our vehicle (we were parked close by the entrance of the building) and stated hats were not permitted in a firm, rude tone, as if we were going to bring in something illegal. Making matters worse, our daughter was going to perform with her dance group there for the Quinceanera, so once at the door, they wanted to inspect all dress bags, bag/containers with supplies, etc. Then I felt uncomfortable as I would follow performers in/out because you could feel the stares of those that were on guard.I would say that inside both halls, theyre a good size (guessing 100 people each or more), elegantly decorated where the event took place, with dimmed lighting, but nothing can change our negative experience we had with the staff behavior. We had been there before, a couple of years or so ago ( I believe when it had first opened; for a mothers day event), and we werent treated as bad.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Here is why: my mother Hispanic non English speaking lady was saving for a long time to provide her little princess with a quinceañera. I don’t have all the details of the months prior to the event all I have is my mothers version (which I trust) and my experience the day of the event. The owner Mr. Alfaro was giving my parents such a hard time accessing the salon prior to the event to practice the father daughter dance and their quinceañera dance. So the day of the event the package included the limousine among other things. The limousine dropped of the quinceañera and and the chambelanes at the salon at 12pm. That was the agreed upon time. The party was suppose to begin at 1pm that’s what was on the invitations. The party was about two weeks ago in the month of July. San Bernardino is a furnace during this time of year. So, we arrived at 12pm and he would not let us into the salon at ALL. Not to practice for a little before the gusts showed, not to sit in and wait due to the extreme heat outside. He said he would let us in 15 min prior to the event time and not a minute sooner. He was so inconsiderate with my family the salon was already paid in full and his excuse was that they were not done decorating the place. They were because I peeked in and even if they were not that just looks bad on them. Why did you wait until last minute. This guy was upset at my parents for some reason and he was being a bully to them the day of the event because he thought he could because he is the owner. I asked my mother if she had been given a contract that I could look over. Sh said that whatever he had given her was at him. So I asked Me. Alfaro and his son on 3 different occasions if I could see a copy of the contract and they said, “sure in a moment.” That moment never came so I sent someone on our end to go get the paper from our house. When they arrived with the paper work there was no contract only a few recipes of the payments that my parents had made during months prior and a list of things to be included in the package. It didn’t have specifics of a start time or anything like that. At that point I was beyond pis**d because he was humiliating my family just because he could. The salon and services were already paid in full, but he was not letting us in. All of our make up including the quinceañera’s was running because it was sooo hot outside and he didn’t not even care. This is suppose to be such a special day and it was turning into a nightmare for my family. Once I saw the papers and no detailed contract included I bathed in and to him we were coming in that it was so hot outside and we had to practice the dance. He threaten me to cancel the entire thing at that moment because I was being rude. But his fear tactic did not work with me because I knew my right and I was willing to sue him. I think he saw that I was serious and he backed off and “let us in”. We came into to he salon at around 12:30ish after all. CONCLUSION: If a person that claims to be in business for over 10 years and has not learned customer service or just how to be a decent human being I don’t know what to tell him. The salon was not cheap and it was a huge sacrifice for my family, I would have expected nothing but the best service and treatment especially coming from the owner. I do not recommend this salon or Las Conchitas salon, since it’s the same owner, for your events. Please if you come across either of these salons run the other way and save your save the bad experience. Shame on you Indalfer Alfaro.

Great place . good security personnel no problems at all

Best place. Gonzalo the owner is very helpful, Resonable hes personnel the bartender and security guard always paying attention for any needs .what I like about the place is that the owner started to put my drinks in to iceones I brought them to the hall insted of waiting for the bartender, or telling me to do it free of charge. I rented the hall for the past weekend, zero stress.i will definitely recommended Arrowhead even center goood work Mr.Gonzalo. I should had got the entire package of decoration , but I had one at the time already call LuLus bridal which was a bad mistake lulu the owner waned to charge extra for one hour of five people . On the package that I pay for it does not says about any other charges specilaly for hours .

They were supposed to open the place to decorate at 8am. Is nearly 10 and no one is here. So irresponsible team. Called different numbers no one knows what is going on!!!!Will never suggested this place to a serious customer.

Worst place and service ever. We got an invitation for a wedding last week and we didnt like It at all. Staff is mean , since the owner to the security guys.
