They block reserved parking spots. When you asked them politely to move, they respond with “we will move when we are ready, go park somewhere else”. When you call the local company to try and file a complaint, they don’t let you finish the sentence. The company basically says they rent out trucks to single individuals. This particular truck was rented to a moving company but they kept denying it. Fortunately I took pics.

Check the odometer before you leave!!! I traveled LESS THAN 25 miles and they said the truck showed that I traveled 55!!!!!!! Aside from that- the truck was good to use and the location is convenient. Still... put your own eyes on that odometer!!

We purchased a 2017 Freightliner 3 months ago and after just one week of driving it, it started leaking oil. We reached out to the sales person who promised to get back to us but never did. We are in and out of repair shops. My friend is tired and planning to just leave the business yet shes financing the truck. I personally would never recommend or buy another truck from Enterprise holdings, my first experience is not good at all.

After my truck reservation at another business fell through, I needed a moving truck last minute. After calling three other companies and over 30 minutes on hold with another company, I called and spoke with Kayla. Friendly, professional, and I had keys in hand within the hour. Came through clutch in a big way.

Okay if you will be returning to same location. Do not rent from Enterprise if you plan to return to another location. Endless stories of how they cant help with a situation like this. Will waste time and be directed from branch to branch in a runaround. This is only for truck rentals but no other truck rental company is like this. Would not recommend.

I’ve been to a handful of enterprise locations and they all have amazing customer service. I dealt with Gilberto Paz and had an unpleasant experience with him specifically. Didn’t even care about my situation and was not helpful

Great guys and gals working there. Had an issue with my commercial rental truck and I came in they swapped it out with no issues and got me in and out of there in less than 10 minutes.

I called and made a reservation for a 24 ft box truck with a lift gate. I was so disappointed with the customer service! I was quoted $310 (with tax) and $.19 a mile. When I arrived to pick up our truck, the manager told me that it would be almost double what I had been quoted. I notified her that I had been quoted these prices and that was why I was renting with them. She finally offered to take 25% off of the rental and the milage, and give us the milage at $.44 instead of .$69. The total cost is going to be well over my budget and I would have never chosen them if I knew they were going to be so disorganized.
