This place comes in handy for people and there to help. Havent had anything bad to say about this place. Very friendly and great service by the workers. They deserve a raise in this location. Keep up the good work and stay safe.

They great prices in rentals and supplies.

There was water damage to my unit and belongings caused by a leak in their unit and they refused to compensate for the damage.

Joshua was the man !! He helped us out with everything we needed there was no wait no time wasted in and out !!! I have to say by far my best experience iv ever had with a moving company THANK YOU SO MUCH ! -FROM HERNANDEZ FAMILY 👍👍

2 day trailer rental - Pleasant experience during both pickup and drop off. Workers were professional and courteous. Highly recommend this location.

Always come to fill my propane tanks here. This particular day they were out of fuel. Super Bowl Sunday was the culprit. No problem. The employee was very helpful and made a couple of phone calls to other locations to make sure they had fuel in stock. Ive never experienced an extremely long wait at this location and the employees have always been friendly and helpful.

We just dropped off a rental from this Establishment.On our way home my Husband stopped at a store and realized that his wallet was missing, so we rushed back to the valleyhi store and A Employee had picked it up before anyone else would of and he had everything still in it I thank GOD there is still Honest people left in this World ❤️🙏🏼🔥 Thank you! Horrible and Bad customer service. Putting only 1 person to take care of customers inside and help people outside is a horrible idea. My husband waited in line 2 hours before recieving our trailer that we had already reserved. Worst experience ever. This place needs a new management and atleast 2 employees in the mornings.

No communication what so ever, no customer service and bad sales interaction. I do not recommend this place at all.

I’ve been here three times over the last few months, and every time they are not able to fill propane. Why have a propane station if you don’t have anybody to run it?

This is the worlds slowest U-Haul location ever. It took me over an hour to pick up one key. I had done all my reservations online with license and cc and the one U-Haul guy took forever to take care of me. In fact he took care of a rude customer that jumped in front of me. Backed her up and gave her a rental. Never going there again. This store is no good!

Martin was super efficient and helpful, even loaded my box order into the car!

Do not go to this location its the slowest ever. Took us an hour and a half just to rent and even longer to return. They messed up the pricing so instead of a quick dropoff we had to wait. Craig church is not a good employee he has bad customer service skills and has no sense of urgency. I would never reccomend this location.

Rented trailers here no problem. Tried to fill a propane tank here 3 times now and they couldnt do it for one reason or another. Rent a uhaul here. Dont come here for propane.

I returned the truck later than estimate time because when I picked it up that morning there was a line and the two men working were very slow. I had a reservation for 9am but didnt get the truck until almost 10. When I turned it in the lady, whos name is Alexandra Valverde, said she should charge me for two days because of the late turn in. When I tried to explain the late issuance she cut me off and spoke right over me. She said she didnt want to hear it. Her unprofessional attitude makes me worry about the fact that they have credit card info, address, email, drivers license info, etc on me and may be used illegally. I will never use them again.

Showed up at 1000 and they where very busy. If you only need to get propane then just ring the bell out by the full tank. They came out filled them up and I paid for it right there. Easy 👍👍

I called for a small truck, they didnt have one. But the associate I spoke with was very helpful and polite. She explained what they did have and even made suggestions. My husband and I have rented from this location at different times and have always had good service.

The 2 guys (Sean & larger hispanic man with glasses) here were awesome! We just got a run around with the Uhaul on SW Military and they sent us here because they couldnt give us packing supplies. We came to this location on a Saturday and the guys got us what we needed right away. Definitely recommend this location. They were very polite too, yes sir & yes maam. Be aware there is only 2 guys here, so if they are busy it might take awhile, but we didnt have to wait since we were the first customers there.

The guy at the counter does not know what hes doing. And has started all over with a customer in front of me, 3 times already and blames the computer. Ive been waiting for nearly an hour, and doesnt look like we are moving soon.Giving up, and going elsewhere... Stay away from this place.

Unbelievable, this place gave me a 10 truck with a faulty tire. THANK GOD nothing happened to my family and I when we caught a FLAT TIRE ON THE ACCESS ROAD (luckily) BECAUSE UHAUL DIDNT CHECK THEIR TIRES!!! They still charged my card for the complete rental and I am highly upset!! I will be filing a complaint, you guys need to keep better equipment, it could cost someones life!

Poor customer service, this was our last time at that location after 2 times going to buy some mattresses bags we had to leave the place empy because the guy there always decides to do something else even do we were at register already and after 10 minutes of wait he never came back.

My reservation was transferred to this location with notification. The truck I reserved was apparently not available even though 2 were in the parking lot. The truck was covered in damage and their link to report it wasnt working. Even their employee couldnt get it to work so she gave me stickers to put on damaged areas. I was not even half way through marking damage and ran out of stickers. She said she didnt have any more. She told me I had to turn the steering wheel to get the key turned over to start the truck. Alignment was off. The steering wheel was loose and jerking back and forth even with towing turned off it was a difficult ride. I called customer service and without a response after a week I called again. I asked to speak with someone in corporate because I didnt want to speak with the ones who put that vehicle out, I received a message from the property a couple days later. Dangerous vehicle, dirty, and poor customer service. I have used uhaul many times over the years one way and local, but I will never use uhaul again. Company has really gone down hill.

Horrible customer service. Stopped in with a bad tire on a u-haul trailer. Staff refused to even get up from the desk and look at the tire. Told me I had to call Roadside Assistance so I asked if they could help call and resolve the problem while I was onsite, noting that this location had a shop and other trailers of the same size that they could switch or switch tires to help me. Again, they simply said it was my issue to resolve by calling u-haul and refused to help. STRONGLY recommend finding another location for your rental needs.

Had what what I needed but, I got charged for a full day after only going 2 hours after turning time guy would not work with me. Slow on customer service one employee doing everything. Fuel gauge did not read when half when i got it ,but was told to fill half or will be charged extra.

A go to place for all your moving stuff and trucks in all sizes staff is stern face but good

Very few Uhaul places that offer propane refill. But here i had to wait 45mins to get my tank refilled...im a food truck operator time is money

Awesome, great place to get propane filled great price, $30 to get 3 tanks filled.

Courteous and personable. Got propane for r.v. and refill tank.

Lines get too long since guy is always helping. Any assistance with problems will take hours. Also will not offer you any promotions that you can get from reserving online.

Very bad customer service. trucks are in horrible condition and the tail light did not work. the gas gage was bad and did my show correct fuel level. dont recommend coming here to rent trucks

Not a place I would use again. Not very organized when helping customers reserve a truck. They lost my reserved truck information. Never was able to get the right truck. The employees were not very helpful.

They refill propane bottles here. $11 for 20 lb bottle. Cant beat that! Ok they are busy. Might have to wait in a line.

3rd time for propane, this time I was lied to. Went in about 1:45, was told the certified guy would be in at 2:30. Came back and the kid told me there was no one on staff certified to dispense propane, I told him I was told they would be here at 2:30, without taking a breathe he told me, well, hes sick and wont be in today. while the other guy on staff looked everywhere in the store except me...

The door the website says they open at 7:00 am as well as the agents from the 1800 and it is now 7:35 am and nobody is here

Pulled in at 6:15pm to get propane and was refused service..but they close at 7:00pm

Terrible service, I came to rent a truck and I just wanted to rent it for 3 hours because it told me that another client could come who needed a truck and is the only one I had is something so ridiculous, it is assumed that if I am paying it is for all the day

To buy a box, 15 minutes. They left us alone in the store because the only worker had to go and explain something to a customer about car rental. We have gone without the box !! Where is the staff?

Yohol company is very excellent if transporting purposes or transports to your apartment or from your apartment rent a car from them like our sizes volumes as a regular car tenant you rented for the period you need was used transported transports moved my own
