I have tried other agencies in the past but PrideStaff has been by far the BEST! Therese is an amazing woman. She is very professional, caring and intuitive. I had gone it to interview for another position at another company but after listening to me and seeing my qualifications, she felt I was a perfect fit for another company. I was hired at other company and I have been so blessed. I cant thank Therese enough for pairing me up with such wonderful human beings. I recommend this staffing agency 110%. My journey with PrideStaff started in January of 2020, I met with Therese and after a few weeks she was able to place me in an amazing opportunity with an accounting firm. I appreciated that Therese was able to wait for a good match and not place me in an assignment just for the sake of filling a spot. After my first week I was feeling a bit of mom guilt for going back to work and Therese offered mentoring and great insight on my current situation. She has always been available when Ive needed her to help with any issues. Her staff is just as helpful. I like that she randomly checks in on your through out your assignment both via text and via email. She even brought my entire office face masks at the beginning of the pandemic which just goes to show that its not just a business transaction when dealing with PrideStaff. Therese and her team truly have heart. Once I even found myself missing my time sheet (it was my neglegence) and instead of having me wait a full week for the next cycle, they were able to push my pay check through and I was so amazed because it was the day before pay day that I realized I had missed the submission. Ive worked with other staffing agencies over the past 12 years whether it was on the job search end or looking for candidates and this by far has been my best experience with a staffing agency. I appreciate the personal approach they offer. Im happy to say that the one assignment I was placed in is now my permanent place of employment!
