An absolutely top-notch office starting from the front staff to everyone in the back. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and very nice. Unfortunately my son is unable to get Invisalign (he needs braces) however I would strongly recommend this office to everyone that is looking into Invisalign

Stephanie was awesome! I am not a fan of the dentist office at all. She made me feel at ease and very comfortable. I have been going to Reality Bites for over 4 years and this was the first time I felt this comfortable and at ease. I was planning to switch to a different dentist since I moved out of the area but Stephanie changed my mind. I will drive across town just to have Stephanie clean my teeth. Thank you Stephanie! Keep doing what you are doing because you are an amazing hygentist!

I am not a fan of going to the dentist but when I had an unexpected tooth issue, I had to go…because my wife said.When I arrived, I was first impressed by how clean and spacious the waiting area was. The front desk staff were very friendly and I liked all the COVID precautions they took as soon as I checked in.My wife called ahead and told them about me bringing my service dog to the appointment and how tense I was going to be. The staff literally took notes on how to best care for me. They put my dog and I in a large room to comfortably accommodate us and respected my dog’s no pet rule…though they told me it was tempting.My dental hygienist was awesome! As she worked on my teeth she’d check on how I was doing and if I needed a break. She explained everything she was going to do before she did it. I don’t know if that’s standard procedure, but it made me feel comfortable.Lastly, it may not be a big deal to others but for me I was glad there wasn’t a tv in my treatment room. I’m not there to watch tv and even if it was there and on, I’d probably not enjoy whatever was on. I’m not 5 years old needing constant stimulation. Instead, they had a local radio station playing some good ol’ rock and roll in the background.As I said, I’m not a fan of going to the dentist, but this place has kind and professional staff, a clean environment, and I felt like I was treated like a person, not a patient.

My Dental Hygienist Trish is the best at her craft in my option. Friendly, comforting, professional and cares about her patients well being. This place makes me happy everytime I have to come in. Everyone in the staff is incredibly friendly. It first starts with their front office. The lady at the front desk makes me feel like weve known each other for years with her smile and friendly demeanor. Then I got lucky to have Trish as my dental hygienist. She is so much fun to talk to and she is willing to answer any questions. She is definitely one of the biggest reasons I like Reality Bites so much. Finally the dentists here are amazing. They are very informative and they always make me feel good about my teeth. Im so happy I found this dental office.

I had a great experience at Reality Bites. Honest and not sales-pitchy. They showed me pictures of my cavities and also the xrays to give me a better understanding on what needs to get done before leaving the room.They were super friendly and informative. Loved how thorough they were with everything including explaining everything to me.I had to wait a little, but I realized why once I walked to the back and saw how well they were cleaning. Let me tell you, spotless. Not to mention everything was covered and Wrapped up tight like thanksgiving left overs. Just call and wait in your car as instructed. There are some patients who just walk in without calling.

I gave this place a one-star review because staff has not been friendly in the past. They also decided to charge me for a missed appointment, even though I showed up but declined service because I didn’t feel COVID-19 safety precautions were being followed in September 2020. Patients were not socially distanced and mask use was intermittent, so I decided to leave for my own safety. Hollywood Park Dental has been a great alternative!

I would like to start this review off by saying that I’ve loved every visit at Reality Bites until yesterday. The dentist and front desk were wonderful as always and there are other great hygienists there (2 that have worked on me prior), but the hygienist that touched me yesterday was a nightmare. I was in so much pain that I left the office trembling because she was so rough and insensitive. Any time I have ever been there for a cleaning, it has never ever been even 1/3 as painful as what I experienced. I will NEVER let her touch me again and I’m still contemplating not going back because of how bad I feel about it. I would be SHOCKED if she’s never had anyone else complain.

I go to Reality Bites for both dental care and now Invisalign. The staff is wonderful. They are timely, friendly and thorough in their care.

Do not go here! This place will lie to you, embarrass you and overcharge for no reason. One of the staff members came out and told me in front of EVERYONE that I had 5 cavities. First off, that’s HIPPA violations and that’s also embarrassing. I went to get a second opinion by another dentist,, I didn’t even have 1 single cavity. This place is in the nice stone oak area by me, it has Netflix and nice chairs, the place is nice, but at a cost. They’ll try and charge you just to keep their business nice and afloat. Do not go here!! I wrote a complaint on the BBB, and I hope this place gets closed down. All these people did was lie, waste my time and take forever while I was there. There’s so many better dental offices in stone oak you’ll be better off at.

I went in for an evaluation and cleaning and the staff was very kind and efficient. They were prompt and accurate with verifying my insurance benefits and discussed options for me regarding my dental issues related to teeth grinding. They took the time to show me what was happening with my teeth and answered all of my questions. Very professional and no sales pitch. Highly recommend.

I think the best part is Dr.Torres and the staff really take care of their patients and have an amazing ability to make you feel as comfortable as possible. My wife and I are new patients and our first visit was yesterday. To be frank, this was by far the best dental office I have visited. The hygienist, Tanya and Joy were encouraging and kind. They did a great job! There was no rush even though we were 20mins late because of the weather, ON A SATURDAY. I felt awful! But they took care of us! The staff was polite and helpful throughout our time there. The doctor made me feel like I was in great hands and came up with a plan that I am excited about. He was very knowledgeable and was eager to share with me. Fabulous facility as well, very warm! We live thirty minutes away but I cant explain how worth the drive is to us. Thank you, Reality Bites Dental Team!

Overall there isnt a single bad experience that Ive had here, which is pretty impressive after a pulled tooth and two root canals. Every single person Ive dealt with has been very friendly, seems to care about how Im doing, and has kept me very well informed throughout the process.This is definitely a place that I would suggest to anyone looking for a dentist.

I was excited about going to Reality Bites. I filled out all my paperwork online and had my previous provider send my charts. When I checked in they said my online records were not there. When they called me to schedule this I asked if they had all they needed and they said yes. It took about a half an hour to fill out online. She asked me to go to a room and fill out all the info again. Really? If this place loses your records as a new patient you cant really trust them with anything else. You only have one shot to make a first impression and you blew it.

So far, so good. After a year, Im still loving it here.

From the moment I called to inquire about my insurance and coverage I have been treated with such amazing customer service. Patty is beyond amazing and helpful in every way. The zocdoc is helpful is scheduling and rescheduling but they are courteous to remind you via txt and call just in case. Dr Torres is kind, patient and reassuring. Had an extraction of four teeth today and although I was a tad nervous they were excellent from beginning to end. Customer service, courtesy and bed side manner is superb. Highly recommend

I drive from Austin to visit them! Dr. Torres is very sweet and knowledgeable. Before I graduated college, I wanted to get the 6 month smile braces and they worked with my payments! My teeth look great now and Patti at the front desk is very nice!

Very happy with the services I recieved on the day of my visit. I was very nervous to go in because I had not been to the dentist in a long time, but Dr. Torres made me feel very comfortable! I loved how she let me know what she was doing before she did it, and how we went over the overall plan I wanted to acheive for a better smile (look and health wise). Im definitely not nervous to go back, Im actually very excited to see my end results, definitely sticking with her and her great team! 😊

Visit was beyond pleasant and will be coming back!My mother came in to this office for just a regular checkup and cleaning and the office was very neat and the staff were so helpful and answered all the questions we had. There was little to no wait time and Dr. Kathleen Torres is a great doctor. She answers any questions or concerns you may have and will explain it to you so you fully understand what she sees. They have TVs on the ceiling so that you could watch Netflix on which I am sure is great for the kids. Overall would give a solid recommendation to come here for you dental visits.

Ive gotta say I was really mislead by the other reviews. The receptionists are nice and everything is clean and modern, but this was a mistake. I ended up having an implant done here and it was done incorrectly and was placed too high (a fact which they tried to blame on me....of course I dont have any control over how high they placed the implant so thats going to be a fun argument) and now Ive basically paid thousands of dollars for something that looks worse than if I had just kept my flipper. On top of that Im pretty sure Im experiencing both gum and bone loss in the implant area and am going to get a second opinion to see if I can do anything to save my mouth. Sure go here for a check up but for any major dental work, youll want to skip this place. Im about to experience financial ruin probably. Coming here was a mistake.

The office staff is superb. The facilities are top notch. Thats the only reason Im giving them 3 stars.Ive been going to the same dentist for the last 20+ years, but I recently relocated to San Antonio and Ive been on the hunt for a new dentist. It was time for my semiannual appointment, and I liked that they were open after work, so I decided to give this place a shot. I was very impressed with the actual office. It was clean, modern, and the intake process was very smooth. The hygienist was pleasant. The dentist, however, left a lot to be desired in terms of bedside manner. Im not sure if it was an off day, or what? All of the reviews said she was awesome. But, Im guessing the day I was seen, she was off. First, she rudely tells me that I need to invest in an electric toothbrush because I had tarter build up in certain areas (I already use one, FYI and floss daily). Then, she tries to sell me on getting an additional xray, not covered by my insurance ( I passed). She wasnt happy with my response. Then, she tells me I have five potential cavities and need to get them addressed before they turn into cavities. Now, why didnt my dentist, who I trust, back home, not see those same cavities 6 months prior? I know my candy intake can get a little out of control...lol ...but? Yeah, no. Ill never return. Its unfortunate, because the actual finished product (my teeth cleaning) was excellent.

Even though I have had limited dealings with this dentist, their customer service was superb. Refreshing to deal with capable human beings!

Best dentist ever! I never liked any dentist in the past until I came across this office. It also helped it was across the street from home!
