The staff at the R&M on General Mc.Mullen are friendly and helpful. I have been doing my taxes their for years and so have other family members. The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend family and friends. While your there get a insurance quote, there rates are great.

I have begun using R&M tax center and I am sure that I have found who will be helping me with my taxes from here on out. The professionalism that I have found there is much better than when I used other companies around the BLOCK. HINT HINT. They always answer all my questions and have a warm environment. We have been with this company a little over a year, everything was fine until yesterday when I went in to make a payment. I specifically asked the lady to only charge $50 to my card and paid $160 in cash,x we left to only find out she charged our card for the full amount and still took the cash!! We had to go back and explain then ask for the camera footage.. eventually we recieved the cash back , just disappointed anyone would do that and call it a mistake!🙄

Theyre supposed to be open at 8 AM. Its almost 9 & theyre still not open ! I usually make my payments over the phone but then I noticed that they charge for payments over the phone. Myself & 2 other customers have been waiting outside for more than 30 min.

Needed to drop a car on my policy Gracie gave me a number to the corporate office well it was the wrong number . Looked it up called them and got hung up on pronto insurance not too great on customer service
