Had my taxes done in 2018 here and received a letter stating that I was being audited. When I went into the office to ask for help the lady here referred me to talk to the IRS and offer no other help. This is why I pay a fee for my taxes to be done. I had to go to another company a pay a large fee for them to help fight for me. Poor customer service. Don’t go here.

The staff here is very helpful and professional. They do a wonderful job of preparing your tax returns and work hard to save you money.

My friend and I went in fair location after she received an email saying walk out the door with $50 cash if you file with us they didnt want to agnowledge it

I do not recommend this location. They were very rude over the phone they didnt want to answer my questions. Thankfully I called the location on Fredericksburg and 410, they answered all of questions and I filed my taxes with the office on Fredericksburg. They have the same name but they are not associated.
