Weve taken two phones for screen being broken. They open the phone and could not repair when I went to pick up I was handed my phone in two pieces they couldnt put together and still charge$40.00. The second phone doesnt turn on on . And they couldnt replace the screen as well . They are RIP OFFS...

These 2 guys do it all, from fixing phones, to selling phones, fixing laptops, removing passcodes and viruses ,even they have a car lot and sell cars do paint and body and deal with them customers as well but end of day these 2 Ted and his brother Woody get the job done and are No nonsense type of people. Its pretty basic here go in give them proper time to look and fix it, come pick up your phone pay them take a pic of your warranty which is on receipt so if you do have a issue they will cover you and that it! Simple! Been coming to these guysfor8 years and seen it all, they can be super professional but they can also be super upfront and take it or leave it type of attitude which some may not like but in this business and side of town its a must! I have seen literately a woman walk in w no receipt saying she got her phone fixed with them 2 months ago and the screen now is magically falling off. Well 1st off the screen was cracked which i promised was not handed back to the lady cracked and 2 warranty is only for 30 days but remember it is a warranty nota insurance policy, warranty covers defects on item or workmanship, insurance cover accidents. anyhow woody explains to the lady her item is no longer in warranty and even if would he could not take her screen back to the warehouse like that and expect to get credit for it. He does tell her we will still cover it and just charge a deducible of $25 i was like oh wow super cool. Next thing i know this lady screaming getting all unprofessional telling he it should be fixed for free and starts bashing him and his company then goes and leaves a bad nasty review on line. I was Shocked! I never write reviews but for this here I sure did, bc these 2 young Mexican men are working hard and legit and actually do a really good job at really almost cheaper than anyone else and he offers a free warranty! SO if you ever break your phone read this REVIEW YOU WILL BE ALL TEAM WOODY AFTER I PROMISE YOU

I cannot say enough good things about this place, it is simply the BEST! A week ago my IPhone Xs Max froze in recovery mode, I had to wait 72 hours before apple would even send me a password reset link and then another 72 hours to release it from recovery mode. After several calls to Apple Support once I waited the 72 hours, it was decided there was nothing they could do to fix my phone. I arrived at Woodys yesterday at around 5pm, and within 20 min my phone was fixed! Woody is highly knowledgeable, and I will continue to refer all my friends and family to him. Also have to give a shout out to Ms. Joanna, she is super courteous!

I recently made purchased of an iPhone 11 at a great deal it was almost a steal....literally. DO NOT BUY PHONES FROM PEOPLE AND NOT VERIFY IF STOLEN OR LOCKED. Thankfully I came here to Woody’s Wireless. These guys are straight forward and guarantee good cell phone repairs and service. I brought my phone to change over to my carrier. I was in need of a new phone due to the phone I bought wasn’t going to work right away that day. I was given an option to wait or get another phone they had in stock. The transfer change was resolved within 30mins and I’m loving my new iPhone!! Plus they have a warranty as well. Do not trust this place. I took my phone in to fix a cracked screen and it took a week and when i finally got my phone back it was missing the sim card and the slide tray where the SIM card gets inserted. Its been two weeks now and i been without a phone and all the guy does is lie about how hes trying to handle situation. He hasnt tried to contact me and when i call they get upset.

Bought case and screen protector. Very friendly, great price. Didnt have what I needed but was quick to run to their 2nd location to get what I needed. Long wait time but I didnt mind. Then I had to come back inside to fix my screen protector. It was placed so that the top of the screen was partially on my case. Wasnt satisfied with the screen protector after they moved it down.

What can I say I know how to fix my phone and I know a decent amount about devices been trying to fix my phone for weeks now when my girlfriend suggest I take it to Woodys Wireless so I finally caved in and did it his wife provided awesome customer service and new an issue see big name places had no idea what I was talking about they had me in and out within an hours time when the big name places told me 3 days and I had been working on it for 2 weeks well enough with my ranting but ill go back if I have any issues thank you guys again I highly recommend if your on the wall about going to them.

Needed my iphone fixed after it had been ran over 2 shops said it could not be done, 1 wanted to charge $150. Woody did it for $79.99 and come to find out 2 parts the other store said needed to be replaced did not.. very upfront and honest. Definitely will be my new Go to!

Fixed my phone at a great price, woody will not put up with nonsense straight shooter and strong personality overall good guy great experience not everything needs to be so corporate style and you get that vibe here so I advise go in dont go in with the cooperate you owe the customer attitude bc u will be walking right out w no work done. Guy is a little ruff looking but been around for years my uncle recommend me to him from years back. Don’t recommend this place anymore. I took my phone to get my front cam fix. They installed a cheap camera and broke my screen. I had to pay Them again to get a new screen placed on my phone. Stay away from this place.

Best Hidden Gem in the city.. The guy working manager owner idk was super busy and literally knocked everyone out in 30 mins or less and acknowledged everyone one by one as they came in.
