I went into Alamo City Communication just to get a quote on phone unlocking and phones. I left there with 4 phones. Derek, the store manager, was very patient and knowledgeable with all of our questions. He took his time to explain the process to apply and how the approval works. Once we got approved, he showed us some phones and asked us what kind of phones we were interested in. He was not pushy and never once tried to rush us. I would highly recommend coming here if you ever need a phone or repair services. He even offers cable services as well. He is awesome and you wont regret it! Anything you need cable and internet wise they will go out of their way to make sure you get set up with the right package for you! Never feel like just another sale here. Great customer service, friendly attitude, and they won’t stop until you’re set up with everything you need. I have never had to make an actual phone call to set up services with them, multiple ways to contact them beyond making a call makes it easier to get connected with services. And every time I decide I want to reconnect my cable they are always ready to help me out!
