I work for Samco and havent had a problem getting paid. Ive have even used some of my money for the company and was reimbursed when the company didnt have too. I think anyone that reads reviews can look at the reviews and know the truth. I have personally read bad reviews on a company however I still used and had good results because I could tell the reviews that were bad were just people trying to cause problems because something didnt work out to their benefit. Let us prove to you what kind of company we are. God bless!

The reviews on this are incorrect. the only reviews are from previous employees who are previous for obvious reasons. I will stand behind my company and tell you that we are one hundred percent customer satisfaction based and that we take care of our customers and their needs immediately. we have a five star rating with direct tv and our customers as completely satisfied with not only our product but with our service. i can not apologize for disgruntled workers who were let go due to their performance who want to post eroneous statements about the company.

If I could I would put 0 Stars. I would not ever recommend working for that company. I have another post on here that is negative and I have very good reason why I put a negative post against this company. Samco Communications can defend themselves all they want but the fact is and I can prove this, is that when I went to file taxes for one of the years I work for them I got audited because they did not report me and I turned in what I could about them. Theyre salesperson Simone has been busted for embezzlement before. Samco Communications has also been be certified and quite a few markets around the u.s. for exede internet. Im working for a company that has been very good to me with the Exede work period And I still fix their mistakes still to this day. Their technicians cannot mount a dish properly their technicians cannot peak in a dish properly and Im actually surprised that theyre doing DirecTV. Theyve made a very very very bad Market here in Iowa theres another tech that lives in Eastern Iowa that used to work for them that has also has not been reported as doing work for them has no 1099 sent to him. Last I checked and last I knew they have been decertified by Perfect 10 (distributor for Exede Internet). I think my favorite incident was when they stop paying my paycheck and they started doing Walmart to Walmart pay. Which most people would say at least they paid you but when they did that it was a lot harder to keep track of everything and I started getting shorted regularly. If anybody up here in Iowa has any problems with this company theyre not going to go away unless you go with another company. The quality control guy from Exede Internet actually showed pictures of their work and not necessarily told us what company did it but where they come from and what town they are in that state. You know basically calling out the pink elephant in the room. If I was anybody I would not do any business with this company and if I was rich I would pay people not to do business with this. Company. I have done my research with this company and trust me you guys do not want to go there

ZERO OUT OF 5 STARS but google would not allow me to post a ZERO star review….My name is Rusty Wright and I own the Modern Motel in Vinton, Iowa. I was sold my new Dre/Directv system by Samona Lee and Stefan Murzea back in August 2016.The installation of Directv in the rooms and Installation of the computer to handle the advertising took approximately 2 months, so from mid September to mid November. The installation was unorganized and numerous parts were not ordered, which required the installer to come back numerous times to finish the installation.I was promised that my personal directv would stop and the business Directv would replace it. This has not happened, I now have a 558.07 bill that should be zero.I was told that I would still have my DVR, I have spoke with Samona or Stefan at least 10 times and have been promised that one would be ordered. Still to this day I do not have a DVR.I was promised that the advertising that is to go on channel 2 in my motel would help pay for part of the cost of the Directv service. I have paid for the full price of the Directv since September. No advertising has been set up to this day. I will be filing a lawsuit to recover the costs of not having the advertising set up.I would NEVER use Samco Communications and wish I could go back, but I have a 5 year contract with Directv. I have no issue with the service from Directv themselves.

Samco communication are un qualified to provide services as a technician i have seen them provide service calls to customers and when it is all said and done if your contract is up you will surely nb e in for another 2 years as they will lie to customer and have them sign up for new installation when it is totally unnecessary secondly they have technicians doing work who are unqualified and do not have proper training and tech ids they do this by using tech ids from other technicians who are qualified thirdly if you are considering contracting with them think again unless you want to work for free and not be paid

Stay away from this company disorganized crooked thieves best way for me to describe them rob there customers rob there technicians who work for them also hire unqualified techs to do there work.They should not even be in business if exceed knew what they were doing they would have there dealership pulled from them
