The reason I am leaving 5 stars is because of the superior work that Marc has provided. Only because of Marcs attention to detail, listening and hard work is my pest problem becoming under control. Marc is Detail oriented and takes his time to listen and do what all is needed. He is the only technician I want servicing my home and deserves some praise and a raise! Thank you Marc.

I have had Truly Nolen service for a couple years with little to no complaints. Today my technician was Marc. He was to say the least AWESOME! He took the time to find the source of an ant problem I have had treated multiple times and I feel FIXED it for good. It was my neighbors trash can. He knows his stuff, was extremely nice and explained everything so I could understand the issues. I have requested him for all future service.

Truly Nolan couldnt get rid of my problem, they also have no other options besides traps. I told them I still saw movement and they kept saying there wasnt any, so I had to send them multiple pictures just so they knew there was still an issue. Instead of trying something new they said they will keep using the same method (which is obviously not working).The lady who managed my account now doesnt want to help me with this issue and is dismissing me to the customer service line. If I wanted impersonal service I would have gone to a big box company. I truly saddens me that easy jobs are the only jobs that they can handle. I really was looking for professional help. I might as well have hired a kid down the street to set traps for me because thats all they did.

My mothers house was damaged due to the winter storm back in February. Once the contractor started removing the damaged drywall, we discovered our house was infested with termites. I called several pest control companies and obtained several price quotes. Most pest control companies only wanted to spray on the exterior and charge a pretty penny. From the moment I met with Valerie, the manager, I knew this company was the one. We set up an appointment and met with Carlos, the technician. He treated the house from top to bottom, inside and outside and took his time. I am very satisfied with their professionalism, quality, price, and I would highly recommend them.

Went with them because I saw the good reviews. My experience was not good. I called them on Tuesday and talked to a Shawn that was super nice and was able to schedule me for the free inspection. On the website and taking to shawn, both said they don’t want to quote me anything until we do the inspection. We scheduled in for Thursday 11-1. It was 1:30pm and nobody came out or called. I called them and they said they didn’t put me on Valerie’s schedule. Great! So I sat at home for 2 hrs and didn’t go back to work for nothing? The lady on the phone asked if I wanted to reschedule or Valerie could possibly come out the same day around 4-6pm. I told her that would work since I’m already off. So then Valerie gets on the phone and said she came out to a few houses in the neighborhood and said I would need an excursion that would cost $2300?!?! And “is that something that I would be interested in?” She asked. Ummm no not until we know what is going on. Which is why y’all’s website states, that the place needs to be inspected FIRST before a quote can be made.

Truly Nolen helped us with a wasp infestation today. They were Truly amazing! They handled this infestation bravely, professionally and impressively! Ive used Romney, Orkin, ProDefense and Hawx most recently. This company is the first time Ive been Truly pleased after service. Very excited to get to use our pool and backyard again soon! Thank you Truly Nolen, looking forward to continued service.

I would NOT recommend Truly Nolen to anyone. I had the sales person here for a free estimate and signed up for the $800.00 Rodent control. Although all the people, the techs and sales person were all very nice, the service stinks. At the end, when they took out the traps my house was filled with giant flies. I called Saturday and Sunday to ask for a person to come out to find the dead animal as that was the only reason for the flies. No one came out until Monday when the tech reported he did not find any rodents in the attic and that it was probably dead in the wall!!!! AND that he and TN could not do anything about that. I asked if he could do some kind of pest control for the flies and he replied we dont work on flies.....in the ads, FLIES are something they can control. ANd the topper was about the flies, he told me to open the window and let them out. What a waste of my money. Dont ask for Truly Nolen for anything. Its not worth anything. And the techs were NEVER on time.

A nice ,young gentleman named Marc serviced my home. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely request him as a tech from now on. 😀

I called Truly Nolen on a Friday evening to request rodent inspection services. They scheduled an inspection for the following morning! We were in the process of selling our home and received a false claim from a home inspector that we had a rodent infestation. We didnt believe this for a minute, because there was zero evidence of a rodent infestation, but we needed a reputable, qualified, trained, and competent professional to prove what we knew was an outright false claim made by the unqualified home inspector.Valerie from Truly Nolen showed up on time, on day 10 of our 10-day option period, crawled through our attic and under the house, yet found no rodent infestation. She took many pictures, wrote up her findings (or lack thereof!), and promptly emailed the information to me just as she promised. Valerie was very courteous, professional, intelligent, qualified, and compassionate about what we were dealing with because of the home inspectors unqualified and false claim, and understood the time crunch we were facing.Having the detailed information we received from Truly Nolen, we were able to proceed with the sell of our home with confidence that we do not have a rodent infestation. I highly recommend Truly Nolen and will use them again should I ever need pest control services in my next home.

They actually offer 100 % extermination for any need.I have spent years working in the apartment industry. Rented many many apartments. I could NEVER find anyone to completely rid my apartments or home of roaches until I came across Truly Nolan. Oh this is just the best bug place ever. For me that is, for I cannot speak for you. Every time I call them because my wife sees a cockroach somewhere I call and every time they have come out that day and took care of our house and our yard. Having two dogs I don’t want them getting bugs (fleas) I’m very impressed with Truly Nolen pest control, there very nice and I’m speaking from experience with them, this is my bug control company. Just very pleasant, excellent service. Because of the very positive experience with Valerie for the termite inspection, we are strongly considering Truly Nolen for routine pest control services also. We have had less-than-positive experiences with other pest control companies in the past, but we are very impressed with Truly Nolen and especially with the level of customer service demonstrated by Valerie. She did not pressure us to sign up with Truly Nolen but was so genuinely helpful and pleasant that if we decide to sign up for regular pest control services from any company, the first choice by far will be Truly Nolen.

We ran into scheduling issues when our technian suffered critical family issues, but the team came together to cover the treatment. Communication was on spot. To whom it may concern, I just wanted to take a few to say thank you for a job well done. Cody demonstrated professionalism both while he was communicating with my wife and when he thought he wasn’t being watched. I was alerted to motion at the side of my house by one of my CCTV’s. As I watched remotely I was able to see that Cody was doing what he needed to be doing. Both front and back along with the sides of the house. He communicated with my wife when he arrived and most importantly when he was done and was to leave. He was courteous and asked if anything else that may have needed attention. My wife did make mention of spiders in the garage and he was Johnny on the spot and handled it. When I got home my side gate was securely shut, I asked my wife if she had shut it and she said no. The technician who came to my home seemed to be very knowledgable and professional. He took his time to survey my home and asked a lot of questions before telling me what the plan of attack was. He drilled into several walls and found the termite mud trail! Lawrence did a great job!

We have been having bed bugs for almost 2 years, I have to keep calling and requesting service, horrible follow up. We did every treatment possible, we even got rid of our furniture and yet we still have bed bugs on our house, they even drilled holes on my walls, never bothered to covered them up. The treatments they are using is obviously not working. I had to cancel my service due to awful service and obviously because they didnt do what they said they were going to do, which was get rid of the bed bugs. Supposedly, the manager was supposed to give me a call within 24-48 hours, never got a phone call. I dont recommend this business.

I have a had a great experience with Truly Nolan. My technician showed up right on time, was VERY knowledgeable and did a good job of walking me through the process and explaining the various chemicals to me. We talked about problem areas and some things I might need to address in the future. Overall, a VERY thorough job. I recently purchased this home, but prior to it sat on the market for 4 months and bugs had started to move in. I havent had a single insect in my house since Truly Nolan came and treated. Happy to have recurring visits setup. I would highly recommend!!

Called me 2 months ago to make up for their bad service because I put a bad review.. And got absolutely nothing done in my home. The most annoying and unfair company I’ve ever had to deal with. One of the guys working for them also told me “ yeah we were being trained by the old man who didn’t do your job right, but he just quit so now we know what we’re doing. Sorry about that.” Like okay. Let me pay y’all so roaches crawl on my forehead and rats run all over the place after paying more than.. 1000! dollars for their service. Makes me so mad. NO DO NOT CALL ME TRYING TO FIX NOTHING. It’s been more than 10 months and y’all still couldn’t fix anything. Just get rid of your company.

I have dropped you for my business and plan on dropping you when my home contract is up. It has been one of the worst experiences, no communication between corporate office and local office. Never gets the date correct, charged me without even having the service done. The actual techs that come out are great! I can believe they stick with the company!

Truly Nolen has been amazing. I have used other pest control companies in the past but I have received BY FAR the best service and best experience that I could have ever imagined. This man probably saved my life! I was eating lunch after church and started choking. I could not scream or yell, nothing came out and I could not breathe. All I could do was wave my hands around scared. From behind me this man ripped me out of my chair and did the Heimlich maneuver on me and pizza went flying across the room. Chance is a good, knowledgeable technician, however, his professionalism could use some sharpening (i.e. dont go into a customers house and ask there wife what time there husband works and how frequently he works) Dont question why they prefer one pest control method over another, and then make unprofessional remarks about the customer not wanting to dispose of the pest. Great service! We have been using Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control for the past 6 months and have been completely pest free. We have received excellent service from Truly Nolen Pest and Termite Control. In fact, I would call them the Cadillac of pest control. My house looked amazing after they cleaned all the cobwebs off the exterior, and this was a part of the regular service. With every quarterly service, they checked for rodent intrusions, so we have been able to prevent rodent penetration rather than deal with getting them out.

Last Saturday, I had a very unpleasant situation occur. I had an appointment scheduled from 4-6 and there was a no show nor phone call to inform that they wouldnt be coming. Today, I had Thayer come to my home to personally come fumigate my home for its quarterly maintenance. He also personally apologized for the mishap that occurred last Saturday. He had also given me a phone call when he heard about that situation and left me a very heart felt voicemail for going through such situation. Management has changed and by the looks of it, Truly Nolen is working really hard on fixing situations like these. He made sure to hit every spot in my home and was very attentive to what my house needed. Its managers like these that make all the difference. I know that under his management, Truly Nolen will have great employees.After, receiving such a heartfelt apology, I felt like I could go back in trusting Truly Nolen and continue having them as my preferred choice in Pest Control.Thayer, I appreciate the time spent in my home today and the sincerity in your apology for the worker who did not show up that day.
