We used Brian with AA Hudson rodent Ridder. They did an excellent job of removing rats and squirrels from our attic. They also cleaned and disinfected the urine and droppings.

BEWARE: Brian Hudson is a scammer. Prior to living in San Antonio, Brian lived in Scottsdale, Arizona. He promoted his business heavily on Nextdoor touting his being a local in the community and his lifetime guarantee. Numerous neighbors, including myself used his services. His price was a hefty sum, but he talked a good game and seemed to know what he was doing--and came with neighbor recommendations. He did rid us of our immediate roof rat issue and seemed to seal up our home. However, when the rats returned, Brian claimed there was an additional issue--a gap in our roof beam--and would need additional funds to seal that area. Shame on us for being fooled twice! Brian did the additional work and all was quiet again for a bit. But, now our rats are back and Brian has left town and will not return any attempts at communication. I (and others here in Scottsdale) have tried, unsuccessfully, to reach him regarding our warranties but to no avail. If he were truly reputable, he would return calls, arrange a time to make a trip to Scottsdale and honor his warranty by resealing needed areas of our homes. But, as stated, he has not returned any correspondence nor made any attempt to honor his words.I highly suggest you not use AA Hudson Rodent Control for you pest elimination needs. Regardless of the song and dance story Brian tries to sell you, just know that he will likely collect all the money there is to be gotten in your town and then pick up and move again to another flush community ripe for the pocket-picking.

Outstanding company,. They took care of our rodent problem, we had six other companies come out over a 4 year period before AA Hudson rodent control and could not do what Brian did and one day. He got rid of all of our rodents, they did cleaning and disaffected our attic and continue to return until he was 100% positive the rodents were gone. I know 4 people that he did jobs for as well and they are all extremely happy with his work.

He ripped us off. We called him to help with a roof rat problem. He came to our house in December, overcharged us, didnt complete all the work, and then moved out of the state. I contacted him in February (not knowing he already relocated to Texas) as we still had roof rats and he sent me an email saying he was out of the country doing his tour with the Marine corps (might be true) and that he would be home around March 13th and would come by and check everything out. He obviously never contacted me because he moved to Texas. We had an uneasy feeling about him and should have listened to our instincts but were desperate to get rid of the roof rat problem. This was definitely a (costly) learning experience.
