Very good, thorough work and reasonable prices for pest control and other services, including chimney and dryer vent cleaning. Although not originally planned for, Javier was able to spray my house for pests on the same day right after he cleaned out my fireplace, chimney, and the clothes dryer vent. This is my second service using One-Way Home Services. I will definitely use their services in the future.

We have been using One Way for a few years now. They have always been professional and quick to respond to non-scheduled calls. We were happy to learn that they are doing chimney sweep and inspections as well.

Made an appt for last Friday was told he had a client prior to mine and would call me on the way. I said no problem . I call 3 times and left messages Friday afternoon to see when he was coming since he hadn’t called yet . No show on the appt and no follow up calls to tell me their was an emergency or anything . I certainly understand things can happen I just needed the work done and my time was wasted waiting and no return call at all. Five days past before I wrote this review and still no returned calls I guess I’ll have to call elsewhere. This company came recommended by two people that’s why I called em but they apparently have poor communication and response time .

My family has been using Javier and this company for about 20 years (when he still worked at Terminex). Unfortunately, when I started using him when my husband and I moved into our new (but very old) home, it seems like he does NOT stand by his 90-day guarantee. Cockroaches and ants started coming back in less than 2 months from the 1st treatment-- he charged FULL price (as if we hadnt had a treatment before!). Then again, ants came back a month after that (also charged in FULL)! Finally, the last time we got a treatment, we had dozens of ants show up in our kitchen the SAME DAY! My husband believes in loyalty to a company, but after this last time, were dropping OneWay for Good.
