One year ago, my boyfriend and I walked into A&C and met Jose and he told my boyfriend, He was the best around! Little did we know that a year later we would take him a pair of boots to get resized and let me tell you, HE BACKED EVERY WORD! HE DEFINITELY IS THE BEST! He redid a pair of 30 plus year old boots and made them look as if I had them made brand new! These boots have a sentimental value and be added so much more to them. I sell Western boots & was in a bind this week when I needed to ship a pair of boots quickly that needed some work. A&C took them in and had them ready by mid-day the next day. This shop has been around since the 80s. They are very experienced and use traditional stretching and repair techniques. Super friendly and cost-effective, also. I stopped by after seeing the great reviews on Google. I had a hole in the toe of my Ugg boot I was hoping could be repaired. Although I was told to let them dry for two days after the repair, the hole is barely visible! They told me it might not be an exact color match but the repair is fantastic. I was in and out in about 10 minutes and I will definitely be back.

They took on a project no one else would! The soles on my Clarks Wallabies had gotten quite narsty so I had A&C throw some new Vibram soles on there. The price was right and I am so happy with the result.

I was recommended this place, I walked in with 1 boot tip demolished. I was sure that it wasnt fixable. But man did he work miracles, it looks like a brand new boot. He also replaced my wood sole because they were cheaply made lol. But Im so very pleased, I would definitely recommend this place. My boot was so bad and now you cant even see which boot it was. Had an awesome experience! Went there today to add extra holes to my powerlifting belt as it was too big, and they were able to do it super quick! Staff was friendly, both Cindy and the guy (sorry I didn’t catch you name) are nice people who will help you out, even though they do boots they were able to help me with this and made me feel even more excited as I received the belt yesterday in the mail. Went in for a boot cleaning, did not get a before pic but believe me, my girls and my boots were in bad shape. A & C gave them new life. Very quick turnaround time and super friendly people along with awesome service

I have had my shoes repaired here for years and I wont take them anywhere else! They do EXCELLENT work and even though they are extremely busy they will get them done when promised. They explain ahead of time how long it will take them and why. I HIGHLY recommend A & C to everyone as their work is the BEST!

I ride with Guardians of the Children and have had my patches sewn on here, and had my vest modified to get it off my neck. Excellent work and a lot of fun. I highly recommend them if you are in an MC and need your patched done correctly.

I walked in for a heel repair expecting to have to drop it off and come back later. Jose took my boots and immediately started working on them. ~10 minutes later, my boots were fixed and I was on the way. They were all friendly and I will be back for sure.

NEVER AGAIN!! Overall bad experience with this company! Right from the start my shoes were not ready when they said they were suppose to be, called and the lady would answer and say she was going to check and see if they were ready yet, put me on hold then hang up and when I would call back no answer. I called back 6 times and no answer! Finally after 3 WEEKS I went to see if they were ready and they were STILL not ready they said to give them a couple minutes to finish them and took 30 minutes. Finally they were ready and they were not at all the way they had showed me they were going to be and it seemed like it was put on right there & then in a rush. You can see chunks not all well put together falling apart. The lady then started being rude towards me. Like I get that they don’t do heels but why tell me you can do it in the first place then?? SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON’T GO HERE!! There we’re 3 other customers in front of me who had spent over 3 months waiting for their shoes!!

Lots of care goes into the work done. Typically a new set of boot soles lasts 6 months for my husband, with the new soles I bought him at A & C we are going on a year. Very impressed. I have a stack of shoes im going to bring in for small repairs. Love this shop. Long live small business!!!!!!

So nice and hilarious! I came in for just a high heel repair. It was $10 and it was taken care of immediately. I highly recommend A&C. I love the smell of leather as soon as u walk in. They also do beautiful custom work. Theres even a picture of customs cowboy boot sandals they did. Imagine cowboy boot tops with a thing sandal bottom. How perfectly Texan is that?!??!?

Excellent service and high workmanship. I have been here twice with a total of 4 shoe repairs and both times I have been very satisfied. They definitely know what theyre doing and do it with pride. I will definitely be coming back and will recommend this shoe repair shop to everyone I know.

Horrible business or lack there of because they dont want to work, had my daughters boot for 3 weeks i went to pick up and was told it was ready then was handed the other boot not the one that need repair she laughed and said oh i gave him the wrong boot to fix, was told told would be ready tomorrow when i returned was then handed back both boots and said they were to busy fix and to try shop down the street. So i guess they dont wanna work!!!
