Went to buy a weed trimer and Ian was vary helpful he showed me the difference between what was in stock and help me make the right decision for the job..went to the plumbing area and got some stuff for the bathroom and Luis was also vary helpful. Cant remember the last time I walked in a home improvement place and someone actually help me. Keep up the good work..Ill be going back.

Initially called a week prior to pick up, and then the day of, was told 2 were in stock twice and one was on hold for me as I had purchased in the beginning of the month. Waited an hour to be told “we don’t have it”. Was told told the “system is not always perfect between change of shift etc”. Right… but it was on hold because I had already purchased it. Why someone else sold something on hold seems like more than just bad communication. Very inconvenient. I still chose to purchase another in store as I was moving in that day already and needed a fridge. Was given a discount on another fridge in stock.

We went to go buy some windows for the house each window 350 worth it and good people

The staff is very kind and helpful, even when Ive lacked enough experience with the way i plan to build my woodworking project. I am especially grateful to the online staff that chats with customers so they know in which store the tools or materials of interest are in stock.By going over to this store, one can look at what other people use to build a similar project, and one can hold the item and make measurements. I believe it was at this store that i saw some hardwood boards, and its easy to check out the price. But watch out that the price could be by the foot, but not labeled so. Thats why a quick check online will make it clear.Obviously, the store will stock what people buy mostly. So dont expect to find many in-between nuts and bolts and materials. Your project, if frugal, will use dimensions people generally use.

Rebecca was very attentive, although she was in training she knew so much and explained to us the differences. She was prompt to help us with any needs. Very helpful! Checked prices on different items. We were looking for a certain type of bathroom sink. She even went and got us a cart for the pieces we chose.

Michael at the pro desk was awesome. He went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed and that it was loaded on our trailer.

Very disappointing. No baskets available at the entrance. Asked an associate if they had any and he said if they werent at the entrance they were in the parking lot. He did not offer to search for one. I went to look for an adhesive in the paint dept. The young lady there was VERY helpful and even tried to locate it at other locations. I would have spent more time and money there if I had a basket as I had knee replacements and still need support to walk. Lowes used to be great. I was disappointed once again.

I was very disappointed. I worked at Lowes in Alabama; store #212. We had excellent customer service to ensure happiness to our customers. I didnt feel that today . We were ignored and even after we specifically asked for associate help to the aisle we were on our requests were still ignored. After waiting over 30 minutes without help my wife be some frustrated and left and went to a competitor. The competitor helped us with what we were looking for in a professional and timely manner.

I like lowes because of there afforable potting soils, so that I can protect my plants foe winter.

Was looking for various electrical supplies. Found the box that was suppose to have what I needed in it but found everything but and this happened not just once but twice in the same trip. I understand being out of things seems to be quiet common no matter where you go around here these days but to have boxes of just random stuff that doesnt match the picture on the box is totally unacceptable.

Always find what I need. And I get my military discount. I can always go there and I pretty much know where everything is and the price is just right. Sometimes I catch really good sales at fantastic prices. I come out on the other side with a big smile on my face. This place I always recommend to all my friends and family .

When youre looking for a worker to help you and you cant find them at all here. Then to see them doing this!!!😡. Ill shop at Home Depot next time. Theyre even calling workers to go to different sections there and they dont even budge to move!!!

Did not have a good experience at all. Dont want to even give them 1 star but you have to so you can post your comments. One self checkout open. Could only pay with card because they had no change. They would not even call anyone to come and help with the line of costumers. Young man was rude and no help.

Came to get paint and stood at the counter for 20 minutes while they tried to call someone to help us and no one ever showed up. Ridiculous! If you need paint go somewhere else.

If I could give a negative star 1 I would I waited one 3 phone calls totally over 30 minutes. Funny because when you call customer service it tells you we value your phone call and you will not have to wait lol 😆

Tried to get some soft Copper Tubing. Easy task one might think. Wrong. An Employee tells me the Plumbing Isle is closed till 10pm. Yes you read this right. Stocking does not take that long. His effort to provide me with the Product I needed was 0 to none even tho the Store had Copper tubing in Stock. Well shortly after I tried to find a Manager. Turned out to be elusive. Im on a Job, therefore on the Clock and needed that tubing. Gave it a shot to try Costumer Service. Turned out another dead end. The Employee there had a staggering Line of Costumers ever growing with her slow paced Work ethic. Like that wasnt enough she was more interested in some Marathon Pony Show outside the Store then doing her job. After loosing my patience I asked her if she could get back to business just to find out that she had the nerve to give me an attitude. More Costumers started complaining. That was the final Act of Incompetence for me. Will cancel my ACC. today as well as the ACCs of my Employees and go elsewhere to conduct my Business. Used to have a great Experience all around with Lowes but the past 7 Months their Service declined rapidly.

I believe a well run store starts with management. This store has no management. We bought a barbeque pit in store and decided to have the pit assembled there since they offer free assembly. 3 weeks later we still had no pit. Each time I called nobody including management had a clue about when it was going to be done. They kept giving me random days to apparently buy time or push it off to the next person. In the end we decided to get refunded and took our business elsewhere. The manager, Lee even had one of his employees tell me he would offer me 10% off and that it would be done Monday. Why didnt this manager get on the phone and tell me himself is beyond me.

Always have what we need for our jobs and they have awesome tools (KOBALT)!

I go in and find these pretty solar post cap. See the price and looks like a good price for these. Go to the pro check out and the nice lady is busy with lots of customers but still takes the time to send someone to check the price on these since they rang up at $36.98. No one comes to help after 10 min so she asks a older gentleman who was sitting down to go check and he seems bothered by the request. After he comes back he tells me the price is right Im not sure where u took the picture from probably another store. I dunno what you want get a manager or something. I explain to him and show him the picture I took. This is your display look up and you will see the demos I even check the sku#. Normally my experience is good at Lowes today this gentleman ruined it. The cashier lady was very nice as she usually is when I go buy things.

My experience at Lowe’s at this location 7843 IH 35 south Has been one of the worth, I purchased an upright freezer on May 29, 2021Which I was suppose to pick up on June 7 ,Lowe’s did not make a courtesy call back to me on June 7, I called consistently for 4 days their phone would ring until it would hang up , but their recorder will remind you on how important your call is , finally on Wednesday June 16, 2021I spoke to Carlos store manager, his conversation with me was that he was going to check on my purchase and call me back 4 hours later , I received his call , his words were he was still checking on the product, the see if they had received my freezer or if I could they had it at any other store , where they could deliver it.With all the frustration, I called The Lowe’s at Culebra rd and spoke to Samantha , which answered the phone after a few rings, with her pleasant voice she checked her inventory on freezers, they did not have the same freezer but assured me that this location had three Stock,My question to Samantha was could I get a refund on the first purchase and drive to her store to purchase one from her store on Culebra,It took Samantha a total of 15 minutes to make this customer realized that she will not return back to Lowe’s on 7843 UH 35 south,I’m not even sure that Samantha is a manager I’m sure she’s a clerk at the front desk it was sincerely obvious to me that Samantha is one of the few that enjoy their jobs.When I arrived at Lowe’s on Culebra was greeted by Adrian who works in appliances he also check for my merchandise had brought the freezer up to the front I was in and out of the store within 30 minutes.Lesson learned if you want great service it’s worth the drive to drive a little further to Lowe’s on Culebra and 1604,And by the way today is June 18 and I still have not received a phone call from Carlos the manager of Lowes on southsideMary casarez

Spent 30 mins in line, still in line as Im writing this. 2 registers open in the whole store out of 13. We are contractors and need to get back to our jobsite, yet the Pro desk is not open so we have to wait like everyone else. I asked the manager if they could open an extra register for the contractors that need to get out of here and he said he doesnt think he has any other employees that are trained on the register, but told me to wait while he looked for one, then he disappeared.

I am disabled, so doing my shopping on line makes it easy for me. So I enjoy the convenience of driving to Lowes curbside pickup.

The music they play overhead (a bunch of girls yelling like in pain) is infuriating, but the volume wasnt as loud this instance.Re: hardware, i went over to that Lowes store to verify which sizes of Threaded Rods they had in stock. Sure enough, they had there more variety ( smaller and larger diameters, and twice the length) compared to what info i was given through an online Chat with an assistance.And i found some really good woodworking drill bits, and got a bunch small batteries at a good price. Its good to have Lowes and Home Depot competing for business. Thats the American Way :)

I get tired as a contractor standing in line because the Lowes stores look for easier ways to take your money and less ways to help the people who pay their bills than ti help people get in and out to go make money. Materials keep going up and lowes helping people less. I have had an account with them for over 10 years. I am about to start getting contractors together to start boycotting Lowes. And I have a lot of contractor friends who agree.

Unworthy of my hard earned money the employees are not willing to assist with anything. I am very dissatisfied/disappointed!

We have had the worst experience were at this Lowes. We had placed a order to get delivered on March 19th. Time was 8am to 8pm. Never showed up or called. We spend the next 2 days trying to get someone to help us over the phone. They would take for ever to get us to the correct department only to be put on hold for forever and just hold up. We had our order rescheduled 6 times and each time they NEVER SHOWED UP. Guess the 7 times we got lucky. Worst customer service ever.

We were not to happy with Lowes this time. We went to porches a wisher and dryer. And thay could not help us because thay were out of most of there wishers and dryers unless we wonted the really high end dollar ones thay said we would have to what till at least laght July then thay might be able to get them in by then. Then we asked several employees were we could find the utility carts one said on iel 5 was not there and then one said theres no such thing, and one took us to the big ones that the employees uses to help customers with and that last one said Im sorry I really did not know. Now he was polite. Maybe it was just a bad day at Lowes I dont know but it was a bad day for us.

Lowes has a serious problem with its online orders. I have twice ordered items online from its Callaghan location, and both times they have been sent to the Bandera location thirty minutes away.The more serious issue dealt with a $1000 order. The material should have been delivered, but the driver called in sick. The delivery manager told me I could drive to the store to pick up the material for a discount. I was sent to the wrong storeI have canceled both orders and have not received responses to my request for refunds.The Lowes rants and raves web page doesnt function, and customer service does not answer the phone.

No help available from the staff, I will say they were busy.I went inside to the paint department,He directed me to the Garden Center....I started to leave but then the same person yelled out check the wall inside, by the Garden center.Thats where I found it.As always I seem to pick the wrong register.1 item, seems like self checkout would have been the right choice.They ran out of register tape.Oh well, 30 minutes later I left.

It is very hard to get someone from delivery on the phone. Ordered online to have it delivered and it never got delivered, something about the delivery didnt know they had one that day (?) Rescheduled delivery and called to make sure that they knew they have a delivery and no one picks up the line. Called multiple times and just keep getting redirected to delivery with no one answering. Hope I get my order today...

Me and family went to pick out some brick for our patio they rang us up and told us to wait for someone to load we waited over 30 minutes and finally I got fed up went to look for a manager and on my way found 2 guys standing around talking I asked uif they could help they said they were the.ones being called to help and followed me there (there was also another lady waiting for help with me for same thing shed already paid just waiting to get loaded and gone) That was one visit. We went 2 weeks later for some more brick and patio set brick were loaded we were waiting for patio set for 45 minutes I told them just forget it and give me my money back! Awful customer experience the cashiers older ladys for the most part were great but them loading guys just suck!!! I will definitely not be back here!!!

Only about half of the employees were wearing masks, and half of those werent wearing them properly (pulled down over the chin, etc). Social distancing was non-existent for customers and employees alike.I went in to get a crowbar and talk to someone about a project Im working on. The first two employees directed me to the pro area, although the first guy (initially walked toward me with his mask under his chin until I backed up, then he pulled it up) wasnt very specific with his point, so I ended up at the building installation area. The second one (his mask was covering his mouth only and kept trying to get in my personal space as he was showing me where to go) said it was by the front and a cashier can help from there.There were three cashiers all behind one checkout, only one of which was actually working (but at least they had masks). The other two were just chatting, so I said, excuse me, and I got such a dirty look for having the audacity to interrupt. One of them barked over at me, the line is over here (the line being all crammed together, maybe two thirds of which had masks).I tried to explain what I wanted, was cut off with, they arent here on Sundays. If the first guy had told me that, Id have been in and out. But she said shed call over someone from lumber. A few minutes go by, no one comes.At this point, I give up. I try to find the crowbar, cant, so I ask another employee to help. She wasnt wearing a mask at all, but I was so stressed out and agitated by this time, I asked her to just take me there (rather than getting turned around again. Lowes isnt my natural habit). She looked at me like Id grown a second, mentally-handicapped head, but at least helped me out. The woman who checked me out was at least nice, thus the second star.Id read recently that Lowes was doing some good stuff in the community, whereas Home Depot (my usual place for stuff like this) wasnt, which is the only reason I went to Lowes in the first place. I should have just left and ordered online.

Do not buy washer/dryer from Lowes. I took off a half day and it didnt get delivered. No phone call to say it wouldnt be delivered. When I called to find out what happened they said the product just arrived and didnt go out for delivery. It would be fine if it would be delivered the next day, but they said it would pushed out 5 days. This is unacceptable. I will not be buying major appliances from such an unreliable company.

Get a shopping cart/ flat cart from the parking lot, their arent any in the store. Dont expect any help loading heavy merchandise, you are on your own. I was ready to return my purchase because I couldnt left it by myself, then another customer assisted me. No store employee, yes I had asked for assistance and waited over 1/2 an hour.

Came to the 35 South location and boy was there a huge shortage of cashiers! The garden center only had 1 register open & numerous calls over the intercom for assistance fell on deaf ears. Poor Roxana was all by herself and people continuously expressed how unhappy they were & she was the only 1 hear it all. At 1 point I counted 23 shoppers/baskets in line. Something has to give.

Was instructed by 2 employees that the same item I was looking for was in line 30 bay 15. Dont think either one knew what I was talking about. There was nothing but fire pits and I was looking for a standing patio heater. Oh, and by the way, the first set of employees I asked were not following proper Covid 19 procedures. Both personnel were not wearing masks and the driver of the forklift just didnt care that I interrupted what they were doing. The employee who actually spoke to me put his mask on but took it back off again as I walked away. Stay clear of this establishment. NOT RECOMMENDED LOCATION BEHIND HOME DEPOT SW MILITARY DR.

I could not in good conscience recommend Lowes to my worst enemy.2 Years ago I bought a washer dryer set. Delivery was a nightmare. They missed delivery over and over again. 3 weeks after my original delivery date, they brought me a washer with a forklift hole all the way through the drum. It took an additional 3 weeks to get it replaced. 6 weeks passed my original delivery date.Well here we are 2 years later. The washer broke. The warranty company took forever to process the claim and then decided not to fix it and refunded the cost of the washer (unfortunately on a Lowes refund card) The washer we were replacing had doubled in cost so we were all ready out of pocket an additional 500 bucks (with warranty and new hoses). It took 25 minutes from the time we hit the help button until an associate showed up an then she helped everyone in line behind us.. It took almost an hour to get help buying the washer... We had to wait 7 days for delivery of a washer that was in stock. Well our delivery day came and went with no delivery. The next day no delivery. The third day no delivery. The fourth day I called and was told it would not be delivered today either. Lowes is blaming thier 3rd party, the 3rd party is blaming Lowes.I didnt buy a washer from the 3rd party. Lowes needed to fix this and did nothing.I went to get a refund and because the warranty was put on a Lowes refund card they would only refund the washer as a store credit.I had to pay completely out of pocket at Home Depot to get a washing machine.I took 2 days off of work, canceled my weekend plans and spent $40 a week at the laundromat while waiting on Lowes. The attitude of everyone at the store or on the phone was, so what, you will get it when we decide...(except a guy named Josh who identified himself as the delivery manager. He at least acted like he cared and wanted to fix it, even though he did not) My time and money are of no value to Lowes or thier employees.As far as I am concerned this whole ordeal was theft and breach of contract. I personally will never step foot in a Lowes store again and will warn everyone I know about this nightmare.

Calling this store is a nightmare. None of the departments seem to know how to use a phone. 90% of the time nobody picks up. They also transfer between departments without confirming anyone is actually there so you often get dropped off since the phone isnt available. I got transferred without even being able to finish talking too. I dont know where these people learned phone etiquette, but its atrocious.More importantly though, they pushed back my delivery date by 2 days without a call or email so I was waiting and waiting and they never showed. I only found out by manually checking the order status.

Merchandise pick up VERY SLOW waited over an hour for our waterheater to be brought to us. Young employees very unknowledgable and NO customer service.

Dont know the mans name at the desk but he was on the phone for a while he ask how can I help you. I said I need help buying a washer. He said Ill be right with you so we waited about 10 minutes he was still on the phone. We were still there around the area where he was on the phone. By the time we turned around he flew the coop not even asking again he would be right with us. I dont think he didnt even want to help us in the first place he probably had a hot date!
