He’s also very knowledgeable about landscaping and was able to give me some suggestions about the removal of some old plants from my home’s previous owner. I’m so glad my neighbor recommended him because the work was great and the price was too, and I’ll be continuing to use him for my landscaping needs!

I chose Texas Terrain Lawn Service after reading reviews online, particularly noting the many five-star reviews. Cecil answered all my questions in a friendly and professional manner. He sent several email communications letting me know the price for my yard, the day they could mow, and how often. I received a reminder that they were coming soon to mow. After my yard was mowed, I was asked to review their services and let them know if I was satisfied with the work. Then I received another email asking for payment, even allowing me to change my credit card if I desired. The whole process was above and beyond! Highly recommend this company.

For cutting our grass they took about 2 weeks to show up, did an ok job, left without letting me know theyre done, etc.As a client, i dont want to be chasing my contractor to do work, i already have to do that at my job.

Saw these guys in my neighborhood today working on my neighbors yard and since I had knee surgery last Friday I needed someone to cut and edge my yard while I recover. This review is long overdue. If you are looking for a service for lawn care, I highly recommend this company. I was using a different company before, and I am glad I made the switch... The difference is night and day. Mr. Perkins and his team go above and beyond, maintain great communication, try very hard to rectify any issues (even tho it is extremely rare to have issues with them at all), and they do it all at a competitive price. They save me about $35 a month from previous lawn mowing service I was using. To sum them up, great customer service, great attitude, they take pride in their work, all at a good price.

My Home has a small front yard and a zero scape backyard that collects lots and lots of leaves. These guys do a terrific job From mowing my yard, Trimming, and getting the leaves up. I would recommend them to anyone. The quality is great and the price is very reasonable. Great job Cecil and team!

I arrived back in town after a week to find out my previous lawn guy never showed up like he said. It was a Saturday and I contacted Cecil from a flyer he gave me when he was in my neighborhood a month ago for an emergency cut. He himself came out the same day and did my lawn. Ever since that day he and his team come twice a month and the service they provide has been incredibly professional and the communication is A++! They trimmed my trees today and they look brand new! Texas Terrain Lawn Care Service mowed, edged, and detailed my lawn for the first time yesterday. Normally I just have a kid from my neighborhood do it but my yard was in desperate need of professional help. The owner CJ came to my door and introduced himself immediately upon arrival and he was extremely courteous and patient with me. He told me exactly what he thought my yard needed and how much each thing would cost and gave me different options depending on what I wanted to spend. I ended up choosing to have him mow, edge and detail including weeding my lawn and after he was finished it looked like a different persons house! He did an amazing job and made sure his crew paid attention to every detail and that they didnt cut any corners. He did such good work that I decided to have him come back monthly from now on. I would definitely recommend him and his company to anyone looking for either a one time job or someone to mow on a regular basis. I dont like to talk about money or how much things cost so I will just say that considering the amount of time that was spent and how much work needed to be done, I consider the price I paid to be extremely affordable. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!
