I originally had a good experience with Jose Soto coming to aerate my lawn in 2020. Although he was only able to service my front yard, I was pleased with his customer service. Since then, I’ve contacted him on multiple occasions for another lawn treatment stating I only want his business. The first two times I was able to contact him and schedule appointments which ended up being as a no show and empty promises. The next two times I was sent to voicemail with a txt message asking to call back later. I tried to give this company the benefit of doubt but now regret it due to my wasted time. I do not recommend this business as reliable service.

I had a city ordinance violation he came out the same day and did the job!! Looks so much better.

Sotos is the best tree service in NW San Antonio!Jose and his team did an excellent job with the tree trimming service. They completely cleaned up the debris before they were finished!

I originally had great service from Sotos and then their system went down for scheduling so getting someone out here was difficult. But now, the system seems to be working and they are on schedule every week.

Jose of Soto’s Lawn & Tree Care is awesome. I was in a pinch and needed a timely branch haul. He showed up gave a very reasonable quote and knocked it out quick. The area was neatly cleaned up after removal. I’ll be calling him again if I need anything lawn related.

Couldnt ask for better. Came out same day, affordable and friendly. Would DEFINITELY use again!

I contacted Soto’s Lawn Care for lawn and weed clean-up services in preparation for an Open House this weekend. They answered the phone past 6pm! No other company we called in the early evening answered. Unfortunately, they do not service the far north San Antonio area. However, they were quick to recommend a colleague that services my area. We called their referral and have service scheduled tomorrow evening! Thank you Jose with Soto’s Lawn Care! Your customer service goes above and beyond!

Have had great work done to my lawn for over a year now and they also did my tree trimming. Friendly and very fair affordable pricing. Quick service and dependable.

Just hired them for the first time, and they were amazing and the prices were very reasonable. They tackled my very overgrown back yard, showed me where my trees were damaging my fence and house and trimmed them back for $10 a tree, and hauled off the limbs.10/10 will be hiring again. In a week. Because theyre coming back to plant a tree for me!Thank you guys so much!
