I had a horrible experience at this store today. I took my son in to have a chain repaired that I had bought him for Christmas. A big lady there looked at it and right away stated, “this chain is going to break again.” This insulted and embarrassed me, since my son is/was very proud of the chain and I WAS proud that I had given it to him. I asked the lady to not comment on the quality of the chain, but to just let me know about fixing it, but she insisted on continuing that it was going to break again. It wasn’t a cheap chain, costing me $500, but I guess not the quality that her typical Alamo Heights customers prefer. Humiliating to me in front of my son. Horrible.
