Love this location! Its my favorite one.. the staff is ALWAYS so happy and welcoming. I also always always see them cleaning and wiping down the equipment and stocking. Love it here 💕💕💕

Staff is very friendly, Gym is very clean, Theres Always a piece of equipment available, Ive been to many gyms in San Antonio, this gym Id say is 100% Amazing!!!!

Absolutely hated my experience at this location! The trainer there is a joke! He acts like he’s better than everyone and is mostly just hanging around at the reception like he owns the place! I’m glad I’m out of that membership! Hopefully he gets a humbling dose of kindness and empathy because from what I could see he lacks that and more!

For the value and my basic needs Planet fitness is doable. At this location I love the staff, the place is clean and the members are oddly enough cool.I prefer Golds Gym but the staff were very much cliquish and lack of accountability and the we got attacked allot by members at Golds. I didn’t want to stop working out. For now I feel safe at PF. I just want to workout.

A variety of machines available, plenty of free waights and room to work out, clean restrooms and facility overall. Only down thing is that some people down wipe down equipment but I guess gym personell cant be babysitting all the time.

I love this gym. Truly a judgment free zone.

It was a good workout. I tried to do the massage and get the black card but you have to be 18+ because it includes tanning which I will not do. Thats the reason this isnt a 5 star

Was a member here before Covid and tried to come back twice since reopening. I guess it’s hard to find good staff, but how hard it is to clean the tanning room when someone is done? First offense the manager called me and apologized, then waived my monthly fee for one month. I decided to give it another try- beds were “‘not working” then don’t offer the room? Offered another room- towels and used eye stickers were on the floor. Don’t offer amenities like massage chair & tanning with the gym membership if your team can’t handle it.

My favorite place to get a good workout. Reps., are pleasant, and the gym is very clean. Thank you.

Friendly staff, proper working equipment, and cleanliness are why I feel comfortable giving this place 5-stars.I have been coming to this gym almost a year now and I have never had any issues.I have never taken a shower here but the restrooms look clean and I always see someone walking around cleaning.It is definitely a smaller gym but I really love that it is open 24 hours. The gym equipment is always functioning properly.For the size, it is a great gym.

My agenda changes a lot so I love how my location is open 24hrs

Reasonable price to stay fit. Afterwards the HydroMassage & Message chair is a must. Beauty Angel really works.

The staff does seem to care for the customer i pointed and 2 times to them that there is a sign in the 30 minute work area that says dont linger on machine but people do it all the time with no care for the next person . very very bad place to work out at this location probably not going back to this location. when i point out i really was mad and i got laughed at by the employee which did nothing. he asked me if i would do his job by telling people to get of machines told him if they would not enforce the rules then take the sign off the wall.

Place was clean and not to busy. Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Been going here for a year, but today 5/16/21 around 3pm there were 3 guys at the front desk. I tried to check in with my phone number and the guy acted like it was a bothersome. The fact that all 3 guys just stands there and socialize on their phones the whole hour I was there is not a good image. Later on I requested time on a massage chair. They gave me ONE coin good for 5 minutes, lol seriously? When I walked back there both were in used. If they actually did something productive instead chit chatting they would have known. I’ve been to other outer state locations (Huntsville, AL and Cocoa, FL), and those kids working those gyms would run laps around the ppl hired at this location. They are always professional, always cleaning, and emits positive energies.

Wow. They change very clean which they always were that but much more equipment and if you have the black membership there are some awesome benefits I enjoy it

Its a gym. But not a planet fitness. I have worked in planet fitness and also have been working out there since I got out of the service. This planet fitness was dirty, the weights were not reracked properly if even reracked at all. No one was cleaning. Staff was friendly, but did not enforce any Planet Fitness Standards I am visiting Texas for work and I am going to drive further to find a better Planet Fitness.

Love this little gym. The equipment is much better than Golds, because seats and benches are not torn or bent and fairly new almost all the time. Matching barbells and bars available unless its crowded. No contract just monthly affordable billing. Not many midget meatheads taking selfies either. Respectful of your space. Awesome!

I love it here! No judgement zone, clean, and they have all the equipment you need to transform your body! I wish it was a little larger, during peak times you may have to wait for the equipment you want. Overall great gym.

It’s a great place to workout. I do wish the wifi works better so I can watch more videos while I sweat on the cardio equipment.

The place is clean and well maintained. Personal there are pleasant,, friendly and helpful.

I’ve really enjoyed having a personal trainer that’s included in the membership. The staff has always been professional and I feel safe going there during these trying times.

Definitely a great location and staff

Ive been at this location probably about three times in the last week and a half. Actually used to have a membership a few years ago and I noticed coming back a lot of the machines were run down or out of order. I also noticed about the mask wearing not only do you see customers walking around without mask covering their faces Ive seen a couple employees during the same thing. I mean its already bad enough after the exercising with your mask off but then again I understand you need to breathe. But when you have people walking without mask on that gets a little crazy. Just like Im also noticed a lot of people in the locker rooms they see the set for long period of time without their mask on. And then you tend to have the ones that want to set at the machine on their phones for an extended time or the ones acting like they doing something but theyre not that seems to be big there. I usually spend about 3 hours a day or so and I think Ive only seen the employees wipe down some of the stuff once if even that. Just like I said I was also a previous member I tried to use my same account and had problems right off the bat the guy tried to say that I was having Wi-Fi issues or something my account is definitely not connected to my PF app . I mean outside of covid and then the gym looks like its not really being kept up and often smells like a sweaty locker not the worse but theres much room for improvement. These people should take their jobs seriously and make sure everybodys obeying the policies.

I like this location better than the one I normally go to, but it is pretty small.

Ive been going to this gym for a little while now. Great place but when I tried to order something, the young man had his head down on the desk and completely ignored me.

My only issue is the gym does not promote keeping your area clean and wipe down the equipment. Also the staff doesnt do a good job of cleaning anything!

This is my happy place where I can come and recharge my energy during the week.I been using this gym for more than a year and the facility is very clean and organized, the workers at the front desk are very nice and welcoming. Also they have an awesome trainer Di- John who is willing to help everyone who what to be help. I have been training with him for couple months and I can see the difference. He is very encouraging and he is always with big smiles and a great attitude.I really recommend this gym!!!

Taking really good care of the facility with all the COVID stuff going on. While I was working out the staff are walking around cleaning making sure its safe for everyone.

Still a little scary because of Covid, but, staff is nice and you cant beat the price. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Great location near my office. Even during peak hours plenty of equipment available. Trainer very helpful. Kept very clean and maintained. Staff very friendly. Fees were explained up front. I DO NOT feel like anything fee wise was hidden. Staff is the best!!! glad I joined.

Small inside and the location is sketchy. Machines are older.

Typical planet fitness. However this one is too small for this area. All cardio machines can be full at peak hours. Good luck using the cable machines. Needs to 2x the size like some of the other ones.

Not quite as much equipment here as some more intensive workout places, but definitely a great starting point. Being able to bring a friend and access to all locations was a huge selling point for the price. This gym is very clean and the staff is personable. I dont like how there is no longer a scale in the bathrooms, just one in the main room. I feel like having to weigh yourself in front of everyone is very intimidating for many people, otherwise a nice workout space.

This is my home club. I love it. Staff in the early mornings are nice, just wish theyd give me 2 tokens for the massage chair. They are lacking a few of the newer items like the big yellow thing that has the ropes and stuff. But Im not sure they have the space to put it there.

Planet Fitness is franchise gym that I have been to at least 48 plus times across the United States. The negatives at this gym were it was a smaller gym than the norm. The locker room was small too. The positive of this gym were it was clean and seemed well maintained. I would possibly recommend this gym to any beginning exerciser to due its $10 membership fee or its $20 fee for access around the United States for a person travelling.

I go to this gym Tuesday through Friday nights. Tonight I sat at the front to use the hydro bed, since I pay extra for the black card membership. So from 11:30pm to 11:40pm, there was NO employee, at the front desk to take care of their members. So I left VERY dissatisfied. I guess I will need to find a business that is willing to take care of their members. Been with this company for 9 years.

I love the consistency of Planrt Fitness! First time at this location and it was just like the others: clean and comfortable. No gymtimidation here!

Usually busy in the evenings but they have pretty much everything you need.

Good gym for what you pay for and the hydro-massage bed is awesome after intense workouts on your back and legs.

I visit two different locations. Everyone seems to be on their phone or talking to eachother. But Romievat Nacogdoches location was sweeping n cleaning at 4 in the afternoon. I had to tell her over the last year n two locations She was the only one i saw working! Kudos to her!!!

The pricing is fine but unless youre there for treadmills its very crowded and some of the equipment is broken. Its great for if youre just getting into working out but if going to the gym is something you know you enjoy Id look for another gym.

I go to Gold’s but my wife goes here so I can go with her sometimes. It’s clean, the staff is cool and the equipment is nice as well. Only dumbbells but... there hasn’t been any exercises in my routine I couldn’t quickly find a machine replacement for when visiting this gym. It’s fun to switch it up.

Definitely the best gym in the San Antonio Planet Fitness system. The manager and staff are so great. Ive been coming here since 2012 except for two years I moved away. Now that Im back I love that this is my home gym again.

Dont waste you money, their staff never enforce policies and almost always all talking behind desk with towels/cleaner empty. Allow High school students in for free and they clog up the equipment. Saw this behavior for 6 months, canceled membership, will never be back.

Love the new location and all the new equipment. I just hate how many tools that have now shown up at this location. Other than getting my daily dose of all the tools, I absolutely love it! Its always clean and the staff is awesome.

I’m unhappy with this gym. I’m cancel my membership last week, and I asked for refund my money for annual fees and they said it’s not gonna happens. It’s bad customer services

I like the gym a lot, suits all my needs. The only complaint I have is about a staff member named Darius. It is only my first week here and i was unsure if I could just walk in with my friend. I walked past the counter and scanned my card and walked with my friend and he yelled as us saying “ excuse me, y’all still have to check in”. Both my friend and I agree his tone was pretty rude. Really killed my mood. Could have better customer service

I went in to discuss a membership a few days ago and the woman at the counter acted as if I was an inconvenience to her. When I first approached the counter and asked to speak to someone regarding a membership she wouldnt even stop walking around behind the counter and face me to have a discussion much less sit down and discuss the gym with me. She continued to walk away from me and even started talking to people walking by and answering the phone instead of facing me and having a courteous conversation. I attempted to speak to the woman for a few minutes and when I clearly got the impression she wanted me to leave I left. No membership. She asked me to return the next day to speak to someone regarding a membership but Im too busy to make more than one nonproductive attempts at spending my money in an establishment. Im going to another location this week and I sure hope Ill receive more respect as a customer.

Not so happy about the extended drive but the new machines do make up for it. Im liking it more and more each time. Still gets very packed of course all your normal gym rats are there without fail. But those are my favorite people do what you came to do and move on. 😁💪

HORRIBLE Just went there and the assistant manager has a an attitude problem. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AS A ASSISTANT MANAGER! She racially profiled my husband and I since we set foot in the door with a day pass. As guests I never thought to be treated like this. To be honest Planet Fitness should get rid of people like her because her work ethic does not fit with the value moto of Planet Fitness especially as we tried to bring our kids here. HEADS UP TO EVERYONE READING THIS, NOT FAMILY ORIENTED AND RACIALLY PROFILES PEOPLE AS THEY WALK IN THE DOOR IF I COULD RATE ZERO RATING I WOULD!

All new equipment is alright. They now have water massage beds which are cool. All the staff is nice except for the girl that works their overnight. At one point we were the only ones in the gym and she was mopping. She did stop and talk to me for a little while but when I asked if she would like to have dinner with me sometime, She told me no because she had a boyfriend. I just walked away after that. She is pretty but has the worst customer service. Avoid going overnight.

The annual fee hit my bank account at the worst, most unexpected time for me and speaking to the manager gets you no where. They refuse to do a refund even if you call the day it hits your account to cancel. They care more about keeping their $30 than helping their long time members who are currently in a financial crisis and could not afford to pay that money that needed to go towards a rent payment. The GM will hang up on you and be extremely rude when you call back. I will not stay with planet fitness after this even though my monthly income will become more stable in about two weeks and I probably could have afforded it then.
