Those who have reviewed negatively have never experienced a “typical” group home in San Antonio. It is not easy work and Zeke and his staff work hard to keep their residents happy and safe. When things go wrong (THINGS WILL ALWAYS GO WRONG) they have been transparent and taken immediate action. I couldn’t ask for anything else for my loved one. When he experienced a life threatening illness (not COVID) the staff acted quickly and appropriately and I was kept in the loop the entire time. To my knowledge they have had ZERO COVID issues.
Keep your loved ones with disabilities away from here.
My niece is an employed there and was told to sit and meditate after she spoke with her supervisor and told her she was having a miscarriage! My niece was in no condition to give specialized care to those patients. So it seems to me if the company doesnt show compassion to the employee how much do they show to the patients? Hmmm!
Worked at this place...the turn over is crazy and the administration is terrible
This place was horribly unprofessional!
Good

There a lot of parking there
