The “caregivers” smell like weed and could care less about the clients. If you have a family member there I would quickly save them fromthe hell of this facility and incompetence of its employees. Your family member isn’t being cared for they are being neglected.

From what Ive noticed during my stay (still here), the company likes the idea of forcing a meal plan on residents of their group homes, even for people who dont need to be on one. They dont take into account what other staff workers or clients (ones that are physically capable of verbally giving their opinion) are happy with, and only want whatever makes the company happy, and dont really care if the clients are happy with the staff workers or not. I am very unhappy with this company knowing that they decided to fire my favorite house manager. But like I said, they dont care. Its all about the money side of things for them

This place sucks. The lowest paying in the industry. Too many group home company’s in town that pay more. Direct care gets minimum wage, nurses get 16 and it shows. You get what you pay for. If you are thinking of putting a loved one somewhere ask how they pay their employees and that will give you insight as to how they will be cared for.

I go there to see Dr. Mitchell every 3 months to get my medication refills & the staff there are helpful & supportive for my health.

Low pay, minimal training if any. No communication. I dont understand how they are still in business.They do not keep up with medications. They violate clients clients rights, they treat employees horribly. Did foster care through them and it was a nightmare. Do not place your loved ones here if you care about them at all.

If the appearance of the exterior of home is any reflection of the quality of care I would be hesitant! Trash and recycling bins are often overflowing and trash left scattered in the street for days at a time!I believe in the need of group homes, but this residential care home appears to be run down and not taken care of so it makes you concerned for the quality of care!

Horrible communication between staff members, staff not showing up to work leaving group homes always understaffed. Staff seems to be minimally trained on how to deal with special needs or mental health residence

People are friendly take care of business

The most ridiculous staff and supervisor I ever worked for. When I got into it with one staff I was automatically terminated and nothing was done to that staff member. And the supervisor was not even a supervisor at all. So if you are a minority Dont apply here you will not be treated equally.

Love working the residents and most of the staff. Been employed with them since June of last year.

Not friendly and not Professional at all nothing but bad experiences with this company!

I hate this place to the max!!!!! They didnt fill his medications and they didnt know how to take care of him.

My experience with them was horrible! I am a guardian of a client (former), abused & bullied by staff. Never even went in to room of client and was infested with bed bugs twice. RUN!

Bad place some good staff some bad some staff treat others staff and client bad and rude and different then everyone else miss communication office and house and client could do better some staff say to the client u rude dum and stupid u should be in the mental hospital need to be work on and see the video what go on at the house wow u will see how bad it is
