Y’all, this company is a life saver. I moved to Colorado and left my junk in the garage(multiple pieces of furniture, excess bags of trash, taking up one whole side of a 2 car garage) , the person who was supposed to help get that stuff out fell through, i called at 10 am and they were there by 1 pm the same day. These guys got my price down by 50% after explaining my moving and financial tragedy. Alan, who is either the manager or owner, was extremely patient and understanding. They got the job done in under 30 minutes and sent pictures and all done externally. I highly recommend Alan and his team for any last minute junk removal crisis. I was expecting a lot more from all the positive reviews. I question some of these reviews after my experience. I texted very clear photos of what was needing to be removed. Mainly broken down cardboard boxes and an old beverage fridge that he asked to be taken to my garage with the rest of the boxes. That’s fine. We had planned the day before for 10am appointment. They ran behind with other appointments and then got a flat tire. I was very understanding when they finally arrived close to 3pm. I was estimated $95 on text but when he arrived he changed the price to $150 because he said my photos were not clear. I have had junk removal before and I have never had someone change the price from photos I have taken. This really irritated me. I was patient to wait hours for them to arrive and then they want to haggle on price. And I gave more stars off because he came with a mouthy rude girl that kept talking back to me when I was taken aback with the price increase. I should have said never mind but my husband wanted the boxes gone. But I would never use them or recommend them.

I was actually surprised at how lightning fast they accomplished the service. Very cohesive and upfront family business I would recommend to any family or friend in need of hauling any sort of waste and trash away at an affordable price period!

We called fam hauling when we cleaned out our garage recently. They were so nice and helpful and they said when we told them everything was ready they would be there within the hour. It was probably 30 minutes later and they quickly loaded up our junk and took everything away for a very reasonable price! We’re moving in a few months and will definitely be using them again when go through everything in our house!

I am so grateful for the recommendation my friend gave to contact Fam Junk Removal. I wanted to get rid of 2 broken office chairs, 1 broken yard chair and an old swing set. I had made an appointment with another person who did not show nor communicate why the no show. Not only did Fam Junk Removal show up on time but they also charged $50 less than what the other person was going to charge. They were quick and courteous. I saw one of his signs in my community a month or so ago. I called and he responded immediately. I only had one thing and he had me confirm that was it to ensure value for cost. I didnt use them that day but referred to a family member that same week. He came out and that family member was very pleased as well. This week I finally had enough to haul. HE WAS OUT HERE AT MY RESIDENCE WITHIN 24HRS!! Once on site he verified items, have me a more that fair quote and was in and out in less that 30 minutes. 100% satisfied and yes Ill be using them in the future!

Can’t say enough about the amazing response and service I received from FAM Junk Removal today. After failing to receive a response from the first few random junk removal businesses that I called, FAM answered on my call and offered to stop by for a quote within 15mins of my call. After agreeing to a very reasonable price for the removal & disposal, they offered to complete the clear out on the spot. I agreed and my garage was immediately cleared of all the trash. In all, the entire transaction (from call to removal) took somewhere close to 30-45mins!!! I can’t thank the FAM team enough for making my day! Call them ASAP to allow them to do the same for you!

I called Fam Junk Removal on Saturday afternoon, spoke with Alan and he scheduled to meet with me on Monday. I was moving a few things out of storage (junk) and a washer and dryer to move into a garage. He was prompt. Great communication via text and phone calls. Quick service. Alan was also polite and provided GREAT customer service. He also made sure all junk was strapped down and secure before driving off. I definitely recommend his services. 🙂
