We been using this company for over 20 years. I dont have a problem with their service but I do have a problem with the way they manage their company. They dont plan on price increases for instance they buy a new truck and increase their rates by $25. Then I saw that they did some extensive work on their home its right off of 181 then their rates go up another $20. You dont run a business this way you make small increases over the years so its not such a shock to the customers. They need to take some management classes to learn how business is done. I will check with other companies and will be dropping towerlake.

Terrible company...stay away from them. You call them, and always get an answering machine. Family owned business...they SUCK!!!!

Poor customer service. Behind the times with payments service. Do not recommend.
