I had ordered two beds and they were promptly delivered by Mike and Alex. They were polite and set up the beds in a good amount of time even though they had to climb stairs since we are on the second floor. They didnt complain and did exactly what I would expect and more.

I came into the store needing a living room set and table. Mrs tequila was very down to earth. She was very welcoming and she made sure I understood everything. Jj was very understanding he went over everything and is a nice man. Their very family oriented and welcoming. Love it. Im going to be stopping by the store once a week just to check in on them. Love the vibes.

I have been paying on my washer and dryer for over a year now. Never been late or called and asked for an extension EVER!!!! We had a severe winter storm that knocked out my power for a week. I work from home. I could not work for a week and lost a lot of money because of this. I called them to let them know I was going to be late and to extend me from a Saturday to the following Wednesday. Then they charge me late fees instead of or giving a curtesy to a loyal customer who is never late and never misses a payment. I went through a buddy’s before this location in copperas cove texas. They where amazing!! Always made me feel like a valued customer. It’s nice to know that they are there for there customers who may really need it. Needless to say I scheduled a pick up for there lack of quality customer service.I was not sure how to reply to a comment so I am adding to my last one!! Thank you Sean for giving me such a quick response and fixing my issue. I really appreciate it. It meant a lot!!

If I could give this store a negative I would. I purchased furniture on a Friday to be delivered on Monday. Meanwhile, Takela or Taleika constantly told me she wanted the furniture for her house. (In my head, I was like why is she saying this to me? She works here she can get any furniture she wants). Then comes Saturday she claims she couldn’t get ahold of my references. Then Monday she calls stating I need new references bc she could only get ahold of one. Side note: my references called me to confirm speaking with Takela on Saturday. So the “manager” gets on the phone saying well we need new references. I was confused as my references confirmed they spoke with her. Needless to say I asked for a full refund. CJ claims it goes back on your card immediately. Lies I’m get to see it. So moral of the story, stay far away from Buddy’s they are not customer service savvy and if you buy furniture the employees want they will sabotage your application. STAY FAR, FAR away!!!! 😐😒😐

I called the location nearest me BUT, they expected me to do the leg work that , was confirmed to me that Buddys is suppose to do for the customer. I called this location and JJ was soooooo nice a d helped me out alot. Ordered what I wanted and needed. Got it and am very happy at this moment and time with this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Debra has HORRIBLE customer service. She hung up in my face SEVERAL times and ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. I had issues with her since the day I got my furniture about 3 weeks ago and I WILL have them pick it up this weekend. I REFUSE to give my money to ANY company who cant hire someone with BASIC COMMON SENSE. They JUST lost a AWESOME customer who wouldve paid $2500 for the furniture.

Shouldnt give NO stars. Blonde lady was very rude, disregarded what I wanted to get. Sent me something that wasnt even close to what I told her in the ad store. Power cord was spliced together with black electrical tape. Then try to charge me at new items price and was assuming I would settle. When everything was brought to employee attention and I was unhappy with my account, she didnt do anything to help expect ask me if I wanted a different item and it still wasnt what I wanted and I then decided not to do business with them cancelled everything and they still charge my bank account and I didnt even have any of the store merchandise. . The staff didnt care and still call me to this day asking if I would like to get furniture from them. Na Im good. They also play very loud inappropriate music out side the front of store and u can hear it from heb next door and throughout the parking lot. Trash if you ask me. Not professional at all.

Tim is the best, he got me a great Bedroom set at the perfect price.I wasnt thinking about it, but he suggested I get some lamps, turns out that is exactly what I needed, my bedroom does not have its own lighting.Thanks Tim, Im looking forward to Monday morning when your guys show up with the delivery.

We moved from San Antonio to San Marcos and quickly realized we could no longer afford the merchandise. We asked Buddys to come pick up the stuff, and now almost 3 months later we are still waiting. I have told them to come pick it up and they have even set a time for us to come and get it. They never showed up. They told my wife on 3 occasions that they couldnt find our house. The Buddys in San Marcos is out here all the time, so they can find it. Today they go by the house, knowing we are at work, and tell my kids that they are going to call the cops if they dont have the stuff ready when they come back. These are my kids. Why are they threatening them?? Never will deal with them again!!!

Horrible management (J.J. Salinas) and staff. Do not set up autopayments! I was over charged 5 payments after I asked for my card to be removed until someone could call me and give me a balance. As of this day I have yet to receive a refund on 3 of the extra charges.This location does not even deserve the 1 star.

Horrible service and rude. I have had an account with them for almost 9 months and have never been late on a payment. Last week I was out of town on a family emergency and I couldn’t make my payment . I called and spoke to them and asked if I can do a double payment this week and they said yes they got my card double and did a posted date payment. I was never told about late fees. So today I get a call about my payment for this week and I said you all already ran two payments this morning for this week and last week. They said no that was late fees plus last weeks payment so they said I have to make the payment for this week. None of this was ever communicated to me. If that was the case i would of found someone to come and make the payment while i was out of town. They have no respect for loyal customers.

No stars at all! I am very frustrated with this place. First, didn’t get me the table I wanted. They say it’s brand new but it’s not, stretches I’ll over the table. Second, paying full price for a “brand new” table which it’s not new. Third, just very very very very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Mike is his name, kept calling my phone saying “hi sir it’s buddys furniture,... oh wait wrong number. Sorry..” He called me 5 times in one day saying that exact same thing. Talk about provoking me haha We exchanged words and he had the audacity to say “come to the store and fight me” lmaoDO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

I dont even want to rate this place!! The workers at this store are so mean!! They will charge your card without permission!! Kristina and Cory!! When i told them not to charge my card they did. When i called them to tell them Cory the store Manager said ok so whats the problem? I said you charged mu card without permission he say you dont have a valid complaint.. really guys run from this place. They are rude people!!!!!

This place is a joke. They dont call to verify reference people or phone numbers and when you ask them to remove you they TELL YOU to contact whom ever left you as a reference. Ive asked the manager and Elliott to remove my phone number and theyve both said they can not. I live in a different time zone so when they call they are calling at 7am. Against the law isnt it? I work nights! THE MANAGER then told me WE ARE IN THE 21ST CENTURY IM SURE YOU CAN FIND A WAY TO GET AHOLD OF THIS PERSON WHO LISTED YOU... Ive explained to this company that I AM NOT RELATED TO THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CALLING ABOUT but they continue to call me. Lack of communication between their staff members. Im told my payment is due on 15th of one month by a young lady via text but I then I start receiving non stop calls while Im out of town the following week. I answer and a guy from their finance department says your past due I said no the worker I spoke to said my payment would not be due until the 15th I have the text showing proof. He didnt care he replied with have this amount by friday or Im going to do a return. Ummm ok first off its a old used washer and dryer and TBH to dry my clothes I have to run dryer twice. The washing mashine barely drains my clothes you can take it I pay too damn much for it as it is. So the man scheduled a pick up they had the opportunity to pick up the machines Im sitting at the house waiting and waiting til forget it I just left went and did what I had to do for that day they missed me. Then they wanna call and call and blow my phone up. I would not recommend this place. Due to lack of communication.

I actually made my purchase from a company called Homesmart, Buddys bought out their contracts, and I will tell you this- when it was Homesmart? It was a MESS - so many issues followed us as customers, but Buddys has done whatever they can to rectify the mess Homesmart made! My husband was transferred- we moved out of state- my dryer broke after HOMESMART had lied to me about how pay-offs work (basically I paid all but a small amount off before 6 months then it literally more than doubled- I still owe more on my Washer & Dryer than I did when I made that payment to Homesmart!). Anyhow- when my Dryer broke? Cory - turned around and made SURE my dryer got fixed! Even though really? They couldnt transfer our account- they couldnt have anyone from their company come out to look at it- so - he honored the contract I had with Homesmart regardless of the extra hassle it was causing! And you know what? Thats after I got pretty ugly with him for really no reason too! We started the loan and process to build credit - and it has been expensive! But overall? The customer service rocks! The other review stating being charged without asking? Well they have 3 cards on file for me - and even when I totally space out and forget to call them since I dont have Automatic payments set up? They have never ONCE ran my card prior to my approval - even if I have fallen behind!!
