Daniel was the greatest. Definitely came through in my time of need with a prompt response. I had call him out 4 time out of the last 7 days, often at 3 a.m. . Daniel was always courteous and professional. I highly recommend servpro.

They handled the cleanup of our broken water pipes from replacing flooring/drywall to dealing with insurance. Melissa specifically was incredible. The February snow thing hit and put a halt on everything and she was in touch with us constantly and making sure things were handled as best she could. She’s absolutely incredible. I am very pleased with the quality of work that Alamo Ranch provided. Ive been suffering from a cough that I found out was due to mold. Sean and his team came out right away, identified the leak and affected areas then quickly removed the necessary materials. He recommended a quality plumber who fixed the leak that caused the mold in the first place. My overall experience was great and plan on recommending them to anyone going through a mold emergency.

Sean and his team saved me and my family when our first floor flooded from heavy rain. We couldnt stop it from coming in the house in time but was able to get Sean out within the hour. His quick response, professionalism, and exceptional quality of work has lead me to add the company on speed dial for future needs.

After a pipe burst, Sean saved me by walking me through the steps to turn off the water main and came out quickly with his team. Luckily I had his contact information from a close friend that used him before. His speed, professionalism, and support saved me from having a mini breakdown not know what to do during the emergency.

The Production Team , Robert, Dee, Maria, Allie, and Jonathan did a wonderful job cleaning, packing and returning my stored items in a short-time turn around. They were patient, efficient and respectful. I enjoyed working with them. I also want to thank Luis who heads up all the teams . He has been patient and a good listener and addressed all my needs.

Bad customer service. Called early in the week was told I would be contacted after they verified a available driver. Never received a return call. Called back today and was contacted by the same Rep. I spoke with earlier. Rep. acted as if a had not already explained the situation. Then was condescending as if my water issue was no big deal or could not understand what I was trying to get done. Simple check for water damage and mold to inform me what I would need to do next. If you ever get Louis( pronounce in Spanish) as a Rep. immediately ask for another representive.

I cant be more thankful for Servpro of Alamo ranch, Mike, and his team. We had a minor fire in one of our back rooms that damaged the walls, filled the house with smoke, and made us feel helpless regarding what to do next. Mike was able to come out immediately and provided a quick turnaround to get our house back the way it was before the fire. Luis and the team were AMAZING!! They came right out as soon as I called. Even though it was around Christmas time they still came to make sure my house was drying properly. They were more helpful than my Insurance was. Did not clean The property was broken, stolen, photos to prove, not only left wet but they brought out a damaged IPod rained destroyed more molding and rat damaged when asked to clean before back in house was rude and and wouldnt

They checked back daily to make sure our dry- out from hurricane damage was proceeding well. They were so knowledgeable & helpful. My home is dry now thanks to them. We had severe damage from hurricane Sally. This team from Texas was amazing. They spent a little over 2 weeks at our home in Foley, Al cleaning up all the storm damage and packing out salvageable items into a storage container. Luis kept us up to date every step of the way. Couldnt have done this without this team. I would highly recommend Serv Pro to anyone that needs help. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Luis and his team were amazing! Very professional and got there in 30 minutes after we experienced a leak that flooded the downstairs dining room, living room, kitchen and entry way. We had about 2 inches of standing water. We called ServPro and they cleaned up the mess. Mind you, this was at 9:30pm.

We had a leak in our house under our floorboards. I called in the morning and the team was at my house within the hour. They were professional and worked quickly. They assessed that I had more water under a different area. They lifted up the floor and removed all damaged flooring. They brought fans in and strategically placed them to dry the baseboards which were measuring dampness. They explained everything along the way. They called today and asked if it was a good time to check the areas. They were quick and again explained everything. Luis was amazing! Please use this team if you have any type of water damage!

I contacted the Servpro of Alamo Ranch after normal business hours for a COVID Cleanup for an office building. I left a message and was contacted within 10 minutes for follow up. All the individuals I spoke with very nice and professional and was interested in my problem and rectifying any issues. They set up an appointment to take care of our needs and dispatched two Employees the next morning to clean and disinfect the building. The Employees that performed the service were very polite and willing to do what ever we needed in a very quick and professional matter. They wanted to meet our needs as quick as they could and completed a very detailed cleaning. If you ever need any of their provided services I highly recommend them. They will be my first call in the future. I also placed calls to two other providers and am still waiting for their call back. I highly recommend Servpro of Alamo Ranch. After overflowing an aquarium in my living room late in the evening before a holiday weekend, I frantically contacted them. Tommie put me at ease, telling me that he would have a crew to my house within the hour. By the time the three man crew arrived in my drive way, just 35 minutes after my call, my kids had helped to drain the aquarium. The crew even offered to help us to move the aquarium and stand to the garage. They were very professional and responsive, explaining what they were doing the entire time they were addressing the issue. I was contacted daily while the equipment was drying out the sheetrock and carpeting. A technician came and measured humidity in the carpet, the walls and home twice over the three day ordeal. Three days later, its like nothing happened. Service like Servpro is uncommon today. I am very happy that I made the decision to call Servpro and recommend you do the same if faced with water damage issues.

Stay away. These guys will tear your home apart and leave everything. They knocked out all of the pilots from my stove and oven and wouldnt fix anything. Theyll tell you all of the good things up front about how smooth the process will be and then leave you in turmoil. Companies like this franchise shouldnt exist. They wont listen to you as the customer and will do everything they can to take the easy way out after theyve destroyed your home. Weve been living in our home for 7 years brand new and Im a100% disabled veteran and they cared nothing about integrity. Spoke with the owner who half heartily listened to what happened only to call the next day to ensure nothing they promise would get taken cared of and took the easy route out and denied they causes the issue. If youre looking for quality work so use this servpro use another. Find out the one your insurance ACTUALLY does business with. Dont do what we did and find out the hard way. Value your home and find someone that does quality work with integrity.... STAY AWAYManager messages back with the contact us to help resolve any issues, but did nothing. Only to make reviewers think they actually care. Nothing was resolved had to get new company and go through insurance to go after their insurance for stove repair.

They were very careful with our property and took great care in cleaning up. We actually called at 10:00pm and talked to the owner who was very nice even though it was late at night. Theo and Brady were amazing! I appreciated them asking the right questions to make great recommendations for me, especially since I have dogs. I had water damage from a busted upstairs under the sink water hose. It partly flooded the upstairs bathroom and the carpet from my walk-in closet and bedroom. The water also went through the floor and down to my downstairs ceiling. I called Servpro and in less than half an hour they where at my house. It was their quick response to my residence that saved my house from further damage. The crew was polite and professional. I was very satisfied with their work. I would gladly use them again and would recommend them to anyone else.

I called to get some water damage repair work done in my home. The lady that answered was nice enough but she transferred me to some guy that sounded like I woke him up. The lady that I had been speaking to and giving all the background information to didnt relay any of this info to him. He was very unprofessional and just say yeah when he answered the phone. He acted like I inconvenienced him. Maybe he was a technician that was in bed asleep, I have no idea. She didnt indicate that when she transferred me. It was 7:30 in the morning mind you. This place needs better training for their employees, the work flow path is ridiculous.

The tech tore down the door and frame and set up the containment area around the A/C and heater closet before realizing none of that was necessary. The mold was already dead! He said the supervisor should have been aware of that when he came to inspect. Yet we were charged for their mistake. Also the closet was lined in wood, not sheetrock which the supervisor said it was. After all that all you took off the bill was $2 and we have to pay for the new door and surround and installation after your mistakes. We paid $2,343.68 for what? Will never do or recommend business with your company again unless we see a much larger refund!

Lost a lot of my items. Couldnt put beds back together because of lost screws and legs. Couldnt use microwave because of lost plate. Couldnt setup tv because of lost screws. They promised to clean our items. 80% of our items still smelled of smoke from the fire and were stained even worse. Theyre not open on the weekends so we had to sleep on floor all week and weekend. They open all of items basically to go thru them. Not take care of them. And didnt keep them together. They dropped off the pod in our driveway and emptied it on a Monday. The pod is still in our driveway and its Saturday now. You call and leave a message and you will not get a call back. At least not within 2 days. I would not refer ServePro to ANYONE who is going through a home disaster. They do not deliver what they promise.
