Completely lack of communication. Started the job Sept 26th. and came out 3x for a total of 6 hours max and left me with no countertops, ruined floors and 0 communication as to the status or reason for delay on my job. Came out Jan. 9th and claimed it was my fault because I wanted changes. Again, they only came out 3x and only changes I asked for was an island removal or save wood floors if possible. Everything else, I asked the to do what was easies or best. But what upset me most was the lack of communication or accountability for delays. As of today I still have no functional kitchen. Do not use them. Filing a formal complaint because they also under estimated my insure claim and I can not find a contractor that will do the exact work for the price quoted and my insurance would only pay what the quoted. Worst Experience ever.

Took them months to finish my house when it should of been weeks. Multiple times of no workers coming over for over 7 days in a row. I think they ran out of money. Claims they ordered a vent cover about 3 weeks ago, they lied. Never ordered it. Do not use them.
