Quick and friendly staff. Kept everyone safe within covid guidelines. All digital recording of finger printing- so gone are the days of ink finger prints. So super clean and efficient.Picture taking was pain free!

Go to the North building! I drove in a circle before I could tell which building I needed to be in. Once inside the ladies work quickly and efficiently. I was there 10 minutes early and done before my appointment time started.

It was fast and easy to do our fingerprinting. The staff was friendly and helpful.

GPS & I didnt agree on how to arrive at the building. The directions had me turn into the Vet clinic nextdoor...which was wildly problematic as there is no adjoining lot..so back to the frontage road I went with an insanely complicated U-turn. One time use fingerprints. Come no more than 10 minutes early, sign says they will not see you before that. Fairly quick as soon as you walk in, machine took a few times to accept finger scans. Then you pay, small office space. Fingerprint are said to never change, so Im confused as to why many different companies requiring fingerprints cant access those previously taken? Ive gotten 5-6 fingerprints done so far...

I set up an appointment for the evening a week ago. Everything looks good. Todays the big day, but oh no, looks like they canceled my appointment this morning due to a change in the IdentoGO Enrollment Center operating schedule, and trying two different customer service numbers/website proved less then inadequate. Thankfully my future employment is understanding, but dang I wanted to start working today! Heres hoping another location can do it.

Got lost looking for place. Arrived 10 min late and they went to lunch. I drove across town and they were located in a hidden place within several different buildings.

Fast service. My appointment was 10:50am, I got there at 10:30 and they were able to assist me immediately. By 10:40am I was out. The lady that helped me was very kind and friendly. Except for the grumpy older guy. This was my second time going there.

One of the few locations that can print a physical print card if you need one, fairly quick and efficient. Check your email right before leaving for an appointment in case their system is down and they cancelled it though.

I showed up 2 minutes late for my appointment because i got lost in the wrong building because this location wasn’t easy to find on my GPS. the old hag closed the door on me and said i’m sorry you missed your appointment but i’m closing for a little bit because i’m hungry. i needed these fingerprints ASAP and i showed up early i just got lost in the wrong building. she treated me disrespectfully and shooed me out and told me to make another or come back later.

Doing business in the age of Covid19... dont bother trying to make an on-line appointment with these folks, next to impossible.Instead, call the toll-free number during business hours to obtain an appointment. Show at the assigned time to the office which is quite small, but well suited.There are two fingerprint stations with professional clerks at each, both wearing masks and gloves. Theyve installed plexiglass between the clerk and the customer for added protection.The entire evolution may take 15 mins. I was in and out. Professionally run operation. Well done.

I have never in my 37 years of Life receive this level of service.I went in to have my fingerprints done for the Texas Board of Nursing. I didnt realize I had to take pictures, so my hair wasnt up to par for pictures. I went to the bathroom to do something quick so itll be presentable.After returning. The older white man asked if I had an appointment, I responded yes sir. He told me to come over, when I got to his station he then said very rudely stand right here. Next, he said where is your payment and identification.I handed him my ID, he look at it for a while. He then asked if this was my only ID. I said yes sir. He stared again, then called someone. Weirdly, they asked quickly. He told the person on the phone my ID, was an Louisiana ID, it says Chauffeur License and it looked suspicious to him. He said it has Not a Federal Identification on it. He asked the person if he should use it. Then said he didnt think he should because its not an ID or Driver License. I tried to explain to him, it was a valid ID, its a Chauffeur License. Then he pointed his finger in my face, to either tell me shut up, be quiet, or shush. Which ever it was, an extreme level of complete disrespect. I have used this License for the last two years with no problems, I used it just last year with this company to get my Texas Real estate license. This treatment was extremely disappointing and it made me upset, even angry. I asked him to give me my credit card and License he pulled it away. I ask him again then I had to take it from him. I didnt deserve this type of service, so I left. Not know if i could even get my fingerprints done, to attend nursing school. This Man was rude at every encounter, he wasnt helpful whatsoever and offensive on purpose. The thought of this moment makes me angry. I have been working really hard to get to this point to start nursing school, to receive this level of treatment.So many things couldve happened. I walked out with tears in my eyes, not knowing what is next. I need to have my fingerprints done to ve compliant to attend nursing school.

It is the size of a small office. There was a lady & man working there. The lady was very friendly & helpful. The man seemed crabby, wont do anything above his job duty. Everything by the book. We got our finger prints done thanks to the female.

The service was relatively quick given how much of a line had built up while the techs were out to lunch, though I was less than pleased with the attitude of the older gentleman who I was stuck with. I knew I was in for a treat after hearing the tone he was using with the woman before me.After the basic questions, he asked for ID, though condescendingly refused to take my Texas handgun license for reasons he would not elaborate upon. (It is current, with my photo, address, and a state seal, but evidently does not constitute valid ID for some reason)Luckily I had another form he would accept. Then after further questioning in a less than savory tone he determined I had made an appointment for the wrong service. I objected, stating I was aware which service I had signed up for and asking to continue, but he was already lecturing me about how I would be to call customer service to resolve the issue. I was told there was nothing further to be done, no possible same-day reschedule or alteration, and offered no fix beyond a 1-800 number. The last words spoken were an annoyed sounding have a nice day before I finally walked away.When I had my fingerprinting done here a few years ago, the experience was much more pleasant. Quick in and out, pleasant customer service, everything you could ask for. Im not sure if he was just having a bad day or something, but its really put me off from using Identigo again if I can avoid it. Though, the other tech seemed less crabby, so maybe its just a roll of the dice.

The service at this location is bad, the gentleman was rude and told me if i didnt sit down in the chair he would cancel my appointment. Literally no one else there, he still turned down my service because my appointment had been confirmed at a different location and he would not take me.

Dont go by appointments go down the list of walk-ins. Lady serviced the person after me instead because I asked about my appointment time. She was polite after but that type of behavior is uncalled for. If there are no appointments then just indicate it is a walk in facility online. Those seeking appointments should be able to decide if they want to do prints at another location to better meet their needs.

I needed a fingerprint card and scheduled an appointment online. I arrived forty five minutes early and instead of having me wait at the scheduled time they attended to me as soon as I arrived.The representative was very courteous and professional. She was glad to get me in and out as soon as possible. Ive been to other fingerprint companies for various other jobs that required fingerprints and I can honestly say that they are the best Ive dealt with.I highly recommend this company for any fingerprint needs and will continue to use them in future.

Very quick and the staff was very helpful and nice.

A bit difficult to find (more of a business park / apple maps issue than anything else), but it got the job done. The person that printed my wife didnt seem very nice, but the lady that printed me couldnt have been more friendly and helpful. Waiting area was clean and cozy. If you need prints, its a good option.

Once you get in the process is fast, but geez don’t even bother making a appointment! I made a appointment for 4pm, got there at 3:55, and found they were just going by a list of when people arrived. People who had appointments for 3pm were still waiting! The lady was nice, though haha.

I had an appointment on April 11th and I have yet to receive any information about the status of my fingerprints. I tried to leave a message and I was cut off and the system said goodbye and hung up. My new “POTENTIAL JOB” has not received them either and I should be starting trading SOON! That was not money well spent for a service that has no results to provide in a timely manner.

The guy (elder) was horribly rude and disrespectful. I have been here 2 times prior and wonderful service. This guy needs to learn manners. He didnt know how to even answer all my questions except id, card, or check or whatever you have lets go. Im like rude. This happened this morning. I get that they dont keep fingerprints there but that wasnt what I was asking him. He needs to really listen.

Very fast. Had an appointment at 2 PM on a Thursday. Arrived 15 min early. Heard there would be a long line. Walked in and there was no one. I got my fingerprints completed before my appoint time. The lady there said the only reason why it can take long is people dont bring what they are supposed to. They confirm the info you type in while your there. Apparently people have gotten protective of their info and all they are doing is to make sure your typed your info correctly so you can get your id.

Showed on time for scheduled appointment but door was locked and lights were off. No customer service just automated phone service and had to reschedule for a different location. Hopefully someone will be at the next appointment.

Terrible. There is no point to making an appointment. Going on over an hour wait. Rude employees. Absolute trash. Not enough waiting space. This tiny cramped hallway everyone is forced to wait in smells terrible because some people didnt shower. No circulation or a.c. in this area of the building. Might as well show up whenever because appointments mean nothing to this worthless business. I hope the other locations are not this terrible. If its possible, avoid this location. I would not recommend this business.

Ive been there several times. They are efficient. The lady that works there is really cool and very helpful that guy thats there working is a little bit shall we say difference and impatient.

This office is easy to deal with and has no wait. Thank God for third parties doing government work. The government machine would take 10x as long to do fingerprinting! You just make an appointment, show up, and youre on your way in under 5 minutes. Staff is courteous, respectful, and fun. Great job IdentoGo!

Excellent customer service but long wait.Had a 4 clock appointment. Got there at 350. I had to wait until 420. But the workers were nice.
