They are very , very helpful with people when it came to helping me with the computer and getting direction over to the place where I was going. Even tho I bothered them so many times with questions they were so cheerful and happy to help me or someone like me who doesnt know much about computers. I thank them some much for there help and to not make me feel uncomfortable to ask for help when I needed help .

I must say that Ive worked with a few Temp agencies in the past and I must say that First Option is one of the best that I have ever worked for. I was sent on an assignment that didnt fit well, so instead of just not considering me for any other assignment because that one didnt work out, they offered me other assignments because I was professional enough to call them to let them know that it wasnt a good fit for me and not just leave the assignment without informing them. So, that tells me that as long as I do right by them, theyll do right by me, and when youre dealing with a Temp agency.. thats GOLDEN!! One more thing Id like to add. Ryan Williams who is the staffing specialist with First Option is who assisted me with finding employment and hes a GREAT GUY, with a GREAT ATTITUDE. If youre gonna choose a temporary employment agency, First Option should be your only option. Take it from someone who actually works with them.

“Waste of time” staffing would be a more appropriate name for this place! The reviews given are most likely given by family or friends making it appear it’s such a great staffing service which it isn’t! First of all the ladies who answer the phones are rude and obnoxious, you ask to speak to someone and right away they want to drill you with probing questions rather than just transferring you to whom you asked for in the first place! Ryan and Victor are a complete joke, both of these guys I’ve dealt with in the past and I can tell you unprofessional doesn’t even sum up what they are at all. You are better off going with link staffing, express pros, or any other staffing service than this one. Ever heard of something being “too good” to be true? That’s what this place tries to present itself as being in the reviews but it’s really not at all, don’t waste your time or gas even talking or going to apply with these phonies! 👎

Called them early morning and spoke with Ryan since he got me a job before that i ended up staying for a while, he said he had a job for me next day like before it was a quick process and sent me to the exact job title i was wanting with the pay being more than what i was asking for only giving 4 starts because there still requiring you to wear a mask in lobby even though it has to be takin off for drug screening…just my opinion
