Chris promptly returned my call for an estimate and scheduled his visit much sooner than I expected. He arrived on time, did a thorough inspection and sent me an extremely reasonable bid the next day. We scheduled his service for the same week. While moving we realized we had a prior rodent problem in our garage and shed. We tried to clean it up ourselves but quickly became overwhelmed and called the professionals in to finish and disinfect the areas and the items in them. Chris was the only person to answer my call on a Saturday and promptly sent over two people to clean. I couldnt be happier with this experience, I wish I would have called sooner!

I called 5 other companies leaving voicemail, email with no response. Chris at ECS was the first live person I spoke to about cleaning a room. A party of rats used one of my rooms over a couple weeks as their personal playground. It was disgusting piles of feces, urine and what have you throughout the room. At 8:30 at night Chris came personally with one of his techs to thoroughly clean the room over several hours.
