Paul, Ethan, and Vincent at Aftermath were so amazing! We needed biohazard cleanup right away. They came out and quoted us nearly immediately. The pricing was very fair. They worked tirelessly to clean our area and were extremely professional. You would never know that a mess had been in the area. They were respectful, thorough, and patient with our requests (we had them come out multiple times because we had questions about certain things). They even hauled away large amounts of trash that we didnt know what to do with. They also packaged up extraaneauos items that needed to be moved, and the storage and placement was just so professional and respectful. Truly, in our hour of need, Paul, Ethan, and Vincent at Aftermath were a blessing to us. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

After my childrens father and grandmother was murdered in at their home. Our kids and I were devastated, but they also wanted to go through the house for keepsake items that would remind them of their dad. I immediately got in touch with Aftermath Services. They were fast at getting to the resident and starting the job. Ms. Terry communicated with me every step of the way which was beyond my expectation due to the fact that I lived 4 hours away. The finished work was to perfection. I am grateful for a company like this one to help us with our healing process!

Losing a loved one is a very difficult time. Cesar Gutierrez and his crew went out of their way to make sure that my mothers house was cleaned properly and that her salvageable property was well taken care of. I dont think I could have made it through this whole ordeal without them.

Unfortunately, we had to use the services of Aftermath after the passing of my mother in law who was not found for weeks. This was something not many people have to deal with and I had no idea the responsibility of cleaning the house after an unattended death falls on the family. It makes sense that it does, but it just not something you ever think you have to are care of. I googled and found Aftermath. We needed a service to let us know the state of the house because we were across the country and not in a San Antonio. I called on a Sunday and got directed to the local manager, Matthew I believe was his name, who explained everything to me and how it works with home owner policy claims and what the process would look like. He got someone out to the house that evening to meet our one family member in the area, the deceased daughter. Caesar from the San Antonio Aftermath immediately was in touch with us and entered the home and found documents we needed. He was very compassionate and caring to the daughter of the deceased that was there and helped her through the situation. We approved to do the work after his quote and advising us what he recommended. He started the next day. Unfortunately, the process took longer than they thought because of the amount of stuff in the house (hoarder situation) and the contamination was more than just in one room. Him and his team worked diligently to keep us in the loop, he let us know things they found, advised us on what property was a loss and what they could save. He even kept things and cleaned what he thought would be of value. And there was A LOT of stuff. All the while, he was in constant communication with us and with local family and explained things and remained professional and calm, even though he was getting mixed instructions. I am very big on customer service and I have been in sales my whole career so customer service is very important to me. I just can’t believe one of my best experiences with customer service came from a bio hazard clean up company! You wouldn’t think you need care and compassion during this time, but you do. The family having responsibility of such an awful and unimaginable thing, such as cleaning up the “aftermath” of a loved ones unattended death is difficult and Caesar made it the best it could possibly ever be. I am just in awe at his professionalism and kindness and how thorough he was. The house now looks great as he removed everything and ripped up all the carpet and disinfected everything in order to get the certificate of disinfectant...and he did all this while working with us across the country. I even got a call from the southwest regional manager during the process and she explained the situation and contamination process in full to us. Thank you San Antonio Aftermath and Caesar for making this process seamless and the best it would allow for in such circumstances. THANK YOU.
