Took two Lenovo laptops in for warranty repair and they fixed both faster than I expected. Will use them again if needed.

Called several times trying to get updates on my computer and the part they ordered. They never called me back to update me when it was stuck in customs, OR when it was the wrong part. Also never refunded me because their bank told them they wouldn’t give the money back since I mentioned filing a dispute....after two months of me trying to work with them. Seriously, I waited TWO MONTHS to file a dispute, and THEN they told me their bank couldn’t refund me if I had. Told me to call THEIR bank to fix it when they should have just called them and okayed the transaction the first time my refund didn’t go through TWO MONTHS ago. So angry at the lack of communication throughout the whole process, only to never get my computer actually fixed, or my money back.

Always a great experience with them. I recommend them to anyone.

This place is a bit of a scam. They have yet to refund me my $500 for a repair/service they never even did. I doubt I will be seeing that money anytime soon. Avoid this place.
